Two is not a large enough sample set to produce a meaningful value. Now, five, on the other hand, that's a pretty big number. You'll notice that I have that many completed games as town, with an 80% win record; I think that is decisive evidence to show that you can't afford toMr_Gnome_It_All wrote:Vote: iamausernamefor having a 2/0/0 record as mafia. I need no prod.
To clarify, which of my two votes so far does this refer to?chazworthington wrote:vote: iamuserfor voting with a grudge

I thought that was pretty clear.iamausername wrote:This is the very best of bandwagons

Jebus wrote:@Yaw - Lynch all Lurkers sounds good to me, but lynching you seems just as good. In my opinion, that last post came over as scummy "oh yes, lets lynch all the lurkers because they're lurking".
This is your cake. You can't have it, and eat it too.

Seriously, you simultaneously said "Lynch All Lurkers is a good idea" and "Yaw is scummy for suggesting Lynch All Lurkers". Could you please explain how this does not make you the scummiest scum ever to have scummed?Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere-

Jebus is scum. What else do you want?
Seriously, he subscribed to two totally contradictory lines of thought inside the space of one post, and has pointedly ignored all requests to explain himself for this. It's really overshadowing anything anyone else has done, and when he refuses to even make a defence, there's not a lot more I can say.Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere-

Because my spider sense starts tingling every time someone says my name. Obviously, I just happened to be reading the thread immediately after you posted that. What exactly is the point of this question?Reclusion wrote:P.S. Interesting time stamp. Why were you able to post something almost instantaneously when I mentioned your name?
OK, so which of the contradictory statements did you actually mean to say, and which one was just an unthinking outburst of typing? Is it scummy to support Lynch All Lurkers or not?Jebus wrote:And at the contradictions, I have a tendency to make them when I'm not thinking while I type, or something like that. Confuzzling, really.Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere-

How would you go about determining the difference?Jebus wrote:I meant to say Lynch all Lurkers is good, but Lynching people who are just inactive is not.
What gave you that impression?Jebus wrote:Honestly, I thought that after he voted me he'd sit the rest of the day out, or it seemed like he would anyway

If you were a doctor, how would this be an option? Why would you even be thinking about "options" for claiming?Jebus wrote:Option 1: I claim townie. I still get lynched.
I know that, as a general rule, you don't lynch claimed docs on D1, but I really want to make an exception here.Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere-

Hmm, not seeing anything in the rules about the deadline lynch conditions.
Mod, what happens if deadline arrives without a full majority being reached? Does the top vote getter get lynched, does no lynch happen or is it something else entirely?
And a vote count would be nice, too.
I really think we should lynch Jebus today, because his claim is not even remotely believable, but I would be willing to switch to Netman if necessary to avoid a No Lynch. His attempt to put suspicion on hascow for not being able to read BM's mind was pretty horrible too.Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere-

He hasn't posted anywhere else on the site since his last post here, so I'd say he's just disappeared.chazworthington wrote:The biggest issue with Netman is that I don't know if he disappeared after the heat went off him because he was lurking or if he just disappeared.

Who'd you protect last night, Jebus?
I knew there was scum involved in that last minute Gnome wagon, it completely came out of nowhere. Didn't think Yaw was one of them though. Fairly certain that at least one of Jebus/Netman is scum, because I can't see how neither of them would have been lynched yesterday if they were both town.Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere-

Why?Panzerjager wrote:Vote:AlvinzI think this is a good lynch..
Why?Xtoxm wrote:Vote Alvinz
Vote: Panzerjager, as per this post. I'm willing to let Jebus go for now due to the no mafia kill last night. It's possible that Jebus is scum and they submitted no kill to strengthen his claim, but chaz makes a lot of sense as a scum kill, he was one of the only ones contributing a lot on D1 besides Yaw. I can definitely see Yaw wanting to take him out to set himself up as even more of a town leader.
I do believe alvinz is at L-1 right now. Let's please not have a hammer before he has a chance to explain himself.Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere-

See, I originally read alvinz's "I claim scum" as being an unfortunately worded statement that he believedJebuswas scum, because I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough to claim scum. I'm so glad I decided against actually saying so before alvinz had a chance to explain himself, because apparently he is that stupid.
Yep.chazworthington wrote:Are bodyguards possible in Normal games?
No. And if alvinz was a jester, he wouldn't be waiting around to self-hammer.chazworthington wrote:Are jesters common in normal games?
Unvote, Vote: alvinz. Dude straight up claimed scum. There's really no point waiting, he is going to be the lynch today.Elapsam semel occasionem non ipse potest Iuppiter reprehendere
