Day breaks, and everybody is uneasy. They gather at their usual spot, wondering if there would be another murder, or if the night would be uneventful, as the previous. However, the Fonz's absence quickly puts an end to any hope they might have had.
Nocmen, Glork, gorckat, farside22, and roffman, the only remaining citizens left, check his house and find exactly what they expected. Like the Sage and the Catcher Mason of previous, The Fonz is dead-- strangled in his sleep. His room was laden with bags of chips, cakes, and other comfort foods. All the mirrors in his house are broken, but are not evidence of a struggle. No, they seem to have been broken by Fonz himself ages ago. There was a diary nearby, chronicling how much he hated himself. The last entry was recent, though not dated. It said, "I feel better after last night" and nothing more.

The five remaining townspeople returned to their places and prepared themselves for another Day. roffman was making weird noises, as if holding in sobs. Did The Fonz mean that much to him? Suddenly...
"I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!" Roffman had lost it. The others stared at him and tried to show him sympathy, but he was hysterical. His screaming continued, "Rishi, why Rishi? You never did anything to anyone. You were always solemn and quiet, and now you're gone... IT ISNT FAIR!!!!" The harsh truth that he would never see Rishi again must have only now gotten to him.
"GLORK! THIS IS YOUR FAULT!" he yelled, pointing at Glork, who began to deny any involvement.
"You're just upset now, come on. It'll be okay...." he began, but Roffman would not be reasoned with. What came next came as a surprise to everyone, as roffman reached into his pocket and pullet out a gun. "It's your fault I'll never see my love again!" he accused with tears in his eyes as he aimed at Glork's chest. And before anybody could move, Glork had been shot through the heart.
"I.... I'm sorry..." roffman began, "...but I just can't live in a world without him anymore. I've got one bullet left, and with it I will see him again..." he knelt down and put the barrel in his mouth. He pulled the trigger.
The town stood there, shocked and unable to make sense of the situation. It wasn't much of a town anymore. There was just three left. They cleaned and buried the three dead and investigated Roffman and Glork's houses. Nobody is surprised by what they find in Roffman's house. There are several pictures of him and Rishi enjoying cruises, vacations, and good times.

Glork's house held a bigger surprise. Inside there were pictures of Rishi too, as well as opie and The Fonz, although the pictures were not as cheerful. It would seem that after strangling each of his victims, he would take a picture and post it on his wall. You find ropes for binding and a flashlight for late-night venturing, but no evidence linking him to the last scum.
