right. the question then is how do we figure out said top suspects? we could have an RBS of sorts, but i'm not sure how well that'd go or if it'd really be helpful at all.Parama wrote:

you mean bomb not tackle right?Parama wrote:We need a successful tackle at least once every 10 days. We vote on the tackler and the tacklee - this is basically double-lynching.
The two top suspects will be double-lynched - one bombs the other, it hardly matters which. We should do this on a 10-day cycle, which provides us 10 extra days of leeway just in case.
Or we could all bomb each other within a week for lulz, but I'd prefer to win tyvm.Record:

we would only have 3 shots so to speak. but yeah that's 6 chances. it's similar to having 3 mislynches.Parama wrote:This game doesn't follow the traditional day/night cycle, as far as I can tell - there's no scum nightkill.
If we take this at a good pace and don't randomly do dumb stuff like Leo here, this should be a pretty easy town victory.
...because the setup is fundamentally flawed, sorry Llama
I just realized we're playing a broken game. Using the doublelynch method, we have 6 chances to hit scum before town can lose (assuming 3 scum). So yeah.
MOD: Can you confirm that: 1. This game does not a have a day/night cycle? 2. The mafia do not have a kill?Record:

that doesnt mean a player shouldn't explain why they are doing what they are doing.Leo wrote:

i'm not "active lurking" any more then you are.Leo wrote:
Well if you want, you can explain why you are active lurking and IIoA'ing. But I care more about your act of doing so than about your explanation, so you'll still be my #3.Narsis wrote:that doesnt mean a player shouldn't explain why they are doing what they are doing.
I don't want people to be intimidated out of tackling just because they don't have a lot to say about it. Tackling means you doubt that either Jerbs or quadz is scum; it's as simple as that.
and why would someone be intimidated out of tackling cause they don't have much to say? this is mafia...you better have something to say and a reason for doing what you are doing. sure tackling would mean you doubt they are scum, but that doesn't mean said person can't say why they dont think they are scum.
and ftr i hold the same stance on votes in a normal game. if you can't give a reason why you voted someone, then i wonder why you are voting them.Record:
