ReaperCharlie has been modkilled for abuse of power and is replaced by the backup mod, effective immediately. The backup mod is immediately modkilled for abuse of power and ReaperCharlie subsequently resumes being the mod, also effective immediately.

In other news, I'm SaintKerrigan, your friendly neighborhood backup mod. My job is to take over ReaperCharlie's duties should he fail to accomplish them in a timely manner, help with keeping an eye on you guys in general, and answer questions if he's not around.

One more thing: Just because I look like a nice guy doesn't mean I won't cajole Reaper into modkilling your ass if you cause an inordinate amount of trouble.

Ythan, if and when you run your own game, you can punish people for posthumous rule violations in whatever way you like. Here, Reaper and I make the rules, and punish lawbreakers as
