Yeah the "constant" thing was just me using bad wording, I do that often in these games. Repeated would have indeed been more accurate. Anyway, the point is I use RVS to get reads off of reactions, and I was not liking his reactions at all, using OMGUS whenever people voted him like that. Makes him look bad, I think. I also don't really like RVS bandwagons all that much, which is why I never voted him. I get that it's still early and he could just be excited, but it's something I'll look into as the game continues.

Wagoning is the best way to get out of the RVS, why don't you like RVS wagons? I think prolonging the RVS only helps scum.

I've never been a fan of RVS bandwagons, because I don't like people getting put into danger when there's no real reasoning. I actually said the same thing in my last game and I was town, so I don't see how that could be interpreted as scummy.

I guess its partly due to theory, but its more of the over-reacting to wagons early. Quick-lynches are so rare and trying to curtail the best method for getting reactions from players is scummy to me. I don't think it's theory, its factual. My vote stays.

The 'too scummy to be scum' argument doesn't fly with me.

I've grown very tired of this argument saving scummy players. People assume that scum are so cunning and good and cover all their tracks perfectly.

Starbuck (as town) got lynched in my other game which just ended for this same stupid argument. While I agree that this spot needs more participation, it is null.

sotty: Do you feel we should lynch a lurker today (since 2 are on your main suspect list) To me, lynching lurkers D1 proves unhelpful especially given a town flip, as the interactions to go off of are limited. Also you are right, I forgot to follow up on BC. I shifted my focus to mallow. Looking at one game, BC seemed erratic and emotional as town so it's null in retrospect.

GW: I do tend to discuss playstyle ad nauseum D1 just to get a feel of how people approach scum-hunting. For me, it helps when looking back to see certain motivations or reasoning for scum-hunting.

I'm still good with lynching mallow. I still really find that helpless woe is me reaction to one vote really telling, and his claim just seems off. In a way it makes sense since mass roleblock could equate to Peck's constant attempts to shut down the Ghostbusters. But I cannot see it being town-aligned.

Yeah in the last game XScorp and I were in, Drshotty fake claimed doctor as VT. So I'm not giving much credit to the claim.

My theory - Peter is the lead character in GB... DRS knows this, and fakeclaimed knowing that anyone in the Peter role, would have a PR... or at least likely to have one. He wanted to expose a PR with his fake claim.

You overestimate drshotty's gambit ability. There's a lingering suspicion that he is being ridiculous again and claiming as town, but he needs to be lynched regardless (if not today, tomorrow)

I am Baby Oscar Barrett and being innocent and adorable, I am Beloved. It's ultimately a Beloved Princess role. The fluff of my Role revolves around the Ghosts {specifically Vigo the Carpathian} trying to find me so that they can become more powerful.

Unfortunately this means 2 things.

1. If you guys Lynch me {and Scum are sure to be pushing for it, now more than ever} we'll lose a Day.
2. If I'm NKed, the same thing will happen.

So are the Ghosts actively hunting you in an attempt to grow stronger? Or is that just filler Role PM stuff? If there is a way for the scum to increase their powers, you need to die.

I don't think there are holes in the claim, but it's difficult to believe that a player who has been investigated as guilty, claims a role that is detrimental to town if he is lynched or NKed. That seems like a great fake-claim to save yourself.
