In all seriousness though, this would be an awesome idea if you were even slightly confirmed town. I have a question for everyone though: If a Mafia Absorber were to get my Bodyguard power. would that be bad for the town? Good for the scum, yes. Bad for the SK, yes. Bad for the town?

A motivated tracker doesn't help the scum out too much, since they can't find the SK with it and they already know the town PR's. It's only likely to help them work out who players think are 'most town' or 'most scummy' and this should come out in the thread anyway.

Yeah + if we're claiming night actions it'll be fine anyway.

I don't think it's wise for me (Bodyguard) to claim my targets.

Secondly while I think the case on Magna is interesting, I'd say calling the SK Lord Septimus is a null tell, because that's typically how he's named in the book. I don't know about Magna but that's where the bulk of my familiarity comes from.

RC, I really don't find listing who you think is pro-town to be very helpful at all, as this just gives scum bulls eyes for people to take out. Please stop. Your huge posts ultimately contain very little information outside of this and some very weak cases on people and the white noise you've been generating so far isn't helping the town.

Jack is obviously scum. Tries to invent a slip from Starbuck, lied about his choice of actions last night and is flailing badly today.

The only problem is, why would he not kill Charlie? I see no reason either SK or Mafia would want a town RC alive. The only way Jack is telling the truth is if Starbuck is lying about her V\LA and frankly I don't think she's that kind of player.

I'd be perfectly happy lynching Jack today and then refocussing on RC the next day because Jack has actually made some good comments and the reasons we had for wanting RC dead on D1 haven't gone anywhere. That's my main issue with the game state as is.



Also, if we are gonna rely on GT's result tomorrow, it might be an idea to politely ask certain players to stay on\off the wagon so there's a chance they can be cleared or implicated. Just a thought.

I understand the 'slip' and don't think it was one, I don't think Starbuck would fake V\LA for a week and don't think she's scum right now, and you're obviously scum whose defence is terrible but whose attacks on RC have merit. That last part makes perfect sense.

I've made it clear I'm happy for Jack to be lynched but I'm waiting to see how we all decide to place the votes in order to maximise the use of the sensor. Since one player has already said they'd rather I stayed off it and since we're six days away from deadline I don't need to move my vote to ensure a lynch.

In the mean time I prefer to leave my vote on you because you're acting just as scummy as Jack during the day and your continued presence in the game makes no sense if you're town. The only reason you're alive is that your scum buddy got cold feet about killing you. Once he's swung, you're up.

Charter, I think RC is scum, that hasn't changed since D1. Jack refusing to kill him is damning enough for me to think he's scum too. Add these together and it looks like they're bussing each other hard which works just fine because they both knew RC would survive the first death and then shift attention elsewhere on D2. Of couse they could be scum and SK but that doesn't detract from both of them needing to die if we wanna win the game.

It's all well and good thinking Jack left RC alive to try and snag a mislynch, but I don't think RC would be a mislynch.

With a couple of days to go I still don't need to move over to ensure a lynch just yet, but I'll do it tomorrow if no real plan for utilising the sensor comes through.

RC: I explained why I wanted you off the lynch, you're quoting me out of context and repeatedly ignoring the issue of trying to arrange the votes to maximise the use of our sensor's ability. You are by far the scummiest player in the game and if it weren't for Jack's obvious guilt after N1 there's no way you would still be alive.

This is also the same reason I was holding off the lynch, as well as repeating the fact that longer days and more discussion is better for the town. We could easily have lynched Jack after around 72 hours but more discussion is always better.

Like kdub says, I think it's getting too late to scurry votes around like we wanted to, because no-one seems happy to talk about it.
