Not sure who suggested we kill the mod, but it's a stupid idea. Since when do we skip D1 and just kill the mod? Even if the mod is relevent and a player in this game, we should treat him like any other player ie lynch him if we have a reason to.

On dana: wouldn't lynch him just yet. He seems to be playing to what I know of his town-meta right now (though I guess I don't know his scum-meta).

I'm sorry I haven't posted before now. I've read everything but I need to go through it again until I can comment on MPs claim.

@Seven: The mod knows the setup; and just going on pure motivational basis, they want their game to be fun to watch/play (if they're players). Leading the the town to victory would be a bland way to waste the 3+ months that they've been waiting in the Queue. They have no reason to play nice with us, and if they're actually players it eliminates a third party *that we aren't risking a mislynch on*.

Again: If they are players, we should treat them as such and not lynch them until we have a reason to beyond "let's see if anything cool happens"

The game I was referring to (Dana's meta) isn't over yet. I don't mind looking over his finished games though. I'll post that tonight.

I'm actually saying "I don't believe a word you said, but why did you say it?". The reason I have for not believing him was a non-role PM from the mod telling me the opposite.

I have reason to believe Miles is telling the truth.

Role-PM vs non-role-PM? If mods are players in this game they could be shit-disturbers. I would rather believe the role PM than DKUs.

I tried to find DKUs meta but he doesn't maintain a wiki and search is disabled because of site problems. I said previously that meta aside DKU was scummy, so DKU is on my scum list currently.

So it looks like dana plays like this no matter what he is, although there really wasn't very much to go on.

He was actually in a game with bv, so I took a look into his meta as well and he seems pretty verbose in the two other games I found with him in them. Both in which he was town. bv can you address this? Why are you playing so differently?

And my non-role PM was a follow-up to my role PM. They were connected.

Those saying that we shouldn't lynch the mod because it's a 'waste of a day' are probably scum. It's typical scum behaviour to say those things, because they want to appear as pro-town as possible.

I've never considered lynching a mod before, I think you would have to be insane to just waste a day get no reads off anyone (mod included) and lynch.

DKUs claim fits Miles' PM info, but I don't see how it makes him town or why we should believe him.

I don't like that dku didn't claim everything in one post. I also don't like the fact that dku didn't totally flip out on Miles and vote him, or even pump him for information. If I were a lynchee, I would be completely paranoid.

Personally I don't think it's necessary to claim everything in one post. Miles hasn't claimed everything either, I'm sure. We're not in endgame.

I don't see why you think DKU should have flipped on Miles, either. And I think he did sort of pump him for info, he asked a quarter of a million times for him to specify his role PM when it was clear Miles couldn't make it any more specific without quoting it.

Sorry guys I'm in the process of catching up to this game... I have 2 games in LyLo and I've never gotten to LyLo before so it's wreaking havoc in my brain. Hopefully I'll have some kind of thing by tonight-ish.
