People already assume RVS votes are random. Why make it explicit? (I see horrordude0215 noticed the same thing)

It was here: http://www.mafiascum.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12592
Gammagooey knew someone's avatar before they had posted. Someone accused him of researching the town players beforehand. The town dismissed it as nonsense, but it turned out that Gammagooey was, in fact, scum.1-1: Town

It's an old Sierra adventure game -- there were a few series like it. Leisure Suit Larry, Police Quest, King's Quest, and Space Quest were all series made around that time. I'm not sure which Space Quest exactly this one is based upon, but the general idea is sci-fi satire.
The accusation was that scum would be more likely to look up the other players than town would. I'm still not sure I believe it, but I felt it was worth asking how you knew his avatar. Can't hurt to ask.TheButtonMen wrote:...Whats wrong with doing meta?1-1: Town

Do you actually have a case against either of us, or is close-lipped voting your way of looking like you're scumhunting without actually doing any such thing?ortolan wrote:It's not ordered, but you've got a good chance of overtaking Spambot as it is1-1: Town

Well, I think everyone knows why I'm voting for ortolan. Even gut readings have reasons behind them. "He said this, it rang me the wrong way," "He answered that question oddly." There's no such thing as a gut reading totally divorced from a text.1-1: Town
