I would say that Green and Blue seems like two quite townish-looking colors, in my opinion. The hammerer seem like an anti-town role to me, hence it colors. And I believe that Claus wrote "Not a threat" about the Kobold Thief-role since it could sound like an anti town role.

In fact, basically, Pesco is saying that he can force at worst a draw. I can't think of a role that would possibly cause that. The only thing I can think of is that explaining it somehow makes him lose his edge (in the same way that claiming hider would stop the chance of having a no kill do to the scum targetting a hider using his ability). BUT at the same time I want all the information on the table so we can formulate a strategy to get us out of this hole. And I still think that Pesco is not being truthful in some way, either because he's scum or because he is trying to protect the town. But seeing as he is an advocate of LAL, I'd find the hypocrisy of the latter option almost too much to handle.

I have toyed with the idea of no-killing all game as a SK, although I have never had that role - it is still a possiblity, although I have no idea why Pesco would make the non-claim he did if he was SK.
