We don't know if there are NKs or not yet. I suppose that will become evident once night falls, but...

Also...

How do we detirmine the 'towniest' players again? This plan reeks of...taking way, way too long. It also involves a lot of faith in whoever we send into prison. What if there's a third win condition besides town and scum? There could also be nightkills, which could be a problem.

I agree with Crazy on this one. Two confirmed townies are better than none at all.

Oh, sorry. I just haven't had much to say, really. XD

I think that there really isn't much to say day 1. We kinda skipped over the traditional voting stage; heck, that stage doesn't even really work in this game. There isn't anyone here who is blanantly scum, like most games, where a main suspect appears.

Also, I'll be V/LA for most of the next week until next Monday. Our musical opens soon, and practices are brutal. I'll be here, checking things, but if I don't make a monster post or anything, you know why.

Sorry about not posting, folks. Our school is performing the musical and I'm in the pit which takes a lot of time and energy. >_<

I'll have a post with more information later.

I'm pretty sure she is town right now. While her attempts to break the game may looked slightly odd, I believe her attempts to help us out point out a town player. Plus, her plan revealed the possibility of break-in NKs.

I want to see how this turns out. If OP is indeed scum and the kill was scumbuddy aid, I think another visit to the slammer will decide that for sure.

KoF...I have a couple of questions for you. I have a few problems with your claim, though I do agree with your conclusion.

First of all...
I am a pro-town 2 shot vig - and yes, I shot ABR.
Apologies, but from my read-through, he just seemed so... off.
I have 1 shot left, which I will probably use tonight.
On who? I think that with seven people left, we need to make sure that no one dies that isn't scum. Now that you've claimed, make sure that the rest of the town knows who you kill. We don't want any sort of...nasty suprises, like the one this morning.
You know what else we need to revise? Our opinions of OP. I had a 1-shot bulletproof ability, and it saved me N1. That means THERE WAS NO MAFIA KILL N1.
I have a major problem with this. Why wasn't this included in your original claim? Plus, why are you automatically assuming that it was the Mafia that killed you? Was there some sort of notification that told you it was the Mafia who targeted you? Please, explain your logic of why you believe that the Mafia made the attempt on you.

But, I do think that OP is the best choice to go after right now. His cellmate was killed; why?

Also, if there are any other pro-town vigilantes, now would be an excellent time to claim.

I was attacked, but it was blocked, and, unless he can prove otherwise, for now I believe OP killed with the Dilemma.
No. As far as I know, this is wrong wrong wrong. OP did not kill with the Dilemna. Some unknown broke in and killed the other person in the cell. There was no interrogation result for that night.

But, still, the fact that was OP was freed without having any sort of results from him...it smells fishy.

Also, if there is a Mafia RB, well, he already knows who to block, eh?

Sure. But, then, that begs the question: who should we send to prison?

The Central Scrutinizer

Knight of Cydonia

RedCoyote

This is the player list.

Sending you, Knight of Cydonia, would be stupid. You are, simply put, our best hope for killing one of the scum right now.

I think the best way to find scum would be to send two town-ish players and have both of them say 'no' to the other. Then, have one choose daycop and the other one choose 50% daykill. The daycop investigation, at the least, will pull up some results on who we should send the next night. If we have a scum reading, use the daykill. Or, we could have two people recieve the 50% daykill and kill people they believe are scummy.

I'm willing to send myself, I guess. This plan is kinda rough, but it's the best I can come up with right now.

Seraphim, why do you think N1 kill wasn't from Orange?
I suppose it's possible that OP made the kill, but the flavor made it sound like someone had broken in to help OP out.

Still, unless something happens to change my mind, OP is most likely scum. It doesn't matter if he made the kill or if some sort of partner made the kill; someone wanted him out of jail.

...no?

I'm not sure how these are connected in the slightest. Here are the facts:

Someone broke in and killed OP's cellmate, Crazy, on night 1.
KoC claims that someone attempted to kill him that night as well.
Sly and Carn killed each other last night in jail by answering 'Yes' to each other and tying in a rock-paper-scissors match.
ABR was killed last night. KoC claims credit for this kill.
TonyMontana was killed last night.

This is what we know for sure.

Upon further thought, I suppose it's entirely possible that OP is some sort of role that can only kill while in prison. That kind of role sounds like a scum role, which implicates OP further.

The road is paved with way too much WIFOM, though, too much speculation, to attempt to discern what happened on night one.

The fact remains that someone broke in and killed Crazy, who was OP's cellmate. I think it was scum breaking in and helping him out; of course, we still have to hear from him, so...

I would have loved a game with a similar set-up, except for a Large Theme Game. It was awesome until night 3, lol.

Here are some points in hindsight:

-First of all, in the event that both of us ended up saying 'yes', having a plan would have been nice. So we both didn't drop scissors or something.

-Next, the hypnotizer role...that seems more like a scum power, honestly. I think that would have been a much more useful role as opposed to the Super Police Chief Ki...it also makes a lot more flavor sense as the Mafia are supposed to be easy. Or maybe the hypo man is a miller too?

-We shoulda killed OP on night 1.

I will definitely consider running a larger theme game with a similar mechanic in the future.
Pre-in if you do.
