wow, games moved fairly quick. I think I'm gonna need to take a look at the fairy tales cause I'm drawing a blank on which character Spyrex is. I agree with not saying the name until a further date though, so that we can truly figure out if he is scum or pro-town.

It seems to me that at this point, Fleur is backtracking. She?, starts by saying one thing, that she knows who Spyrex is, then switches to who she thought it was, and finally doesnt know, and that she thought it was his avatar name (nothing to do with grimm tales). It all seems like a lot of backtracking and on top of that the newbie card is getting played (though she says that it is going to stop). I'll be keeping my eye on Fleur

I read up on grimm tales to, so I now know the character name of Spyrex. In the story she had three chances to guess it, but Spyrex is saying we only have one. And when she does say the name, the character is killed(in some versions) and runs away in others. So I'm still kind of confused on to what will happen if we do say the name. I still think the best option right now though is to wait it out until more info comes available.

On another note though, I agree with just about everything thats been said. Fleur has been cting extremely scummy but there is a slight chance of just plain newbness. Will wait for previous questions to be answered before I act.

So, by now, SpyreX had been told what his bonus is, yet, it still doesnt give us any new information about his alignment or even what the bonus is as it is not revealed. I still really don't like what Porkens did, especially when quiet a few of us had said that we thought we should wait until more infor was provide... possible vote for porkens coming.

Personally I'm passive about it. Once I figure out my first question it will help me make up my mind better. If he turns out to be pro-town I feel it will help us out alot having two kills on our side instead of just one (the lynch)

Also @Porkins: As biohazard already pointed out, you riddled your defense paragraph with so much WIFOM that it just makes you look scummier in my books. You said you didnt want to have discussion because then scum could get their opinion in, but, we all know that the town is outnumbering the scum. So by using discussion, yes, we probly would have heard from some scum, but we would also hear from the town, whose the majority.

Gorrad: Has posted very little in my opinion. The whole situation with noob card was pretty much it. He eventually writes fleur off as town. Active lurking

If anything, I'm more active as scum because more things are of a direct interest to me.

To me this just screams WIFOM. It may be true, I havent read any of your other games, but if it is you have the ability to exploit it by saying that it is how you play and then actually doing the opposite. If you put in more input then theres a higher chance things will involve you actively.

Ok, so since my last post Gorrad has continualy defended his actions during this games as his "playstyle". Its not a feasable tactic because its very easy to lie about something like that. I'm liking where my vote is right now.

Second, Spyrex, is there anyone else you think could be the lynch today other than Fleur. You've been very persistant about the case today, but if her lynch is not possible (it still may be), who else do you think would be a suitable candidate?

Ok, so first of all Fleur, you arn't helping yourself out at all. When asked to refute a case against yourself, do it. And do it legitmately.

Secondly for me, today, I think that the lynch should be either porkens or gorrad, both who have fairly solid cases built against them by multiple different people. This isnt saying we still shouldnt be watching Fleur for any more slippups, but the other two are higher in my scum books.

1. As it's stated, his role is only a detriment to the town.
2. Outing the "no-reveal" aspect of his role is a bad move if he is town, and so it just seems like a scare tactic.

But to go through some thinhs that I'm thinking...

This is a gross misrepresentation.

...this doesnt make sense. Gorrad, its not a "gross misrepresentation" because you have said, on two different occasions (i believe) that it would be best for everyone to claim their role types (not abilities/missions).

Next, I don't like how Fleur was pretty much willing to go along with the previously stated "mass claim" idea. We all know that "Pie is Good" in this game and a day one mass claim will do nothing to help the town because scum have fake claims.

And to follow that

The risk of safe claim can be abolished as soon as the next flavor post is made.

How? simple question.

Finally, I like the quick case list on porkens by Sirdan. But for now I still find Gorrad>Porkens>Fleur

Ok, to start off with, I believe Plums claim to being Gretel. It makes sense not only with the flavor, but with the breadcrumb by prokens and his behavior thus far. The whole being able to talk with pokens still is a really cool feature, and essential lets us have another opinion.

Next I still don't like Fleurs random attempt to find the princess. It just logically make sense to me. The point that Spyrex actually got the shoe though in a way proves that she was telling the truth about her role/ability.

Bio- I'm going to have to agree with most other people here that Spyrex is most likely town because of the vig powers, and not mafia, because it would make the game very unbalanced it mafia could kill 2 people everynight.

As of now I really don't think it is a good idea to lynch the vig. I would find the Fleur lynch better over that of Spyrex's.

@ Fleur, I really only post when I have something to comment on. I don't like to excessively post, just the way I do it. I will try to have more posts though, but during the week is slow for me.

@Dahill, I'm still suspicious of you for the process of elimination reasoning. Your basing those findings off of pure thought, and not on concrete, or even semi-concrete evidence.

I think a good point was brought up with the idea of Spyrex taking the towns input into consideration when making his vig kill. Looking at it from that perspective it keeps spyrex pro-town for me.

About the thrid party aligned question- Spyrex posted "I am my own man", and after reading that I was confused. I thought by it he had meant that he was aligned by himself, and not with the town or mafia, but Plum cleared it up and explained how he meant that he made the final decision with who he killed, not the town, but that he would accept the towns input. I am now clear on the subject.

Ok, my top two suspects right now are dahill and Fleur.

Dahill mainly because his logic for finding scum has been, i used process of elimination and because I(as in dahill) believe that everyone else is town, then YOU are scum. That sort of logic is flawed with so many holes that a small wind could rip it apart. Prove to me that I, or Wolf, or Kloud are scum and I'll go along with you, but just by saying your own personal opinion, with no hard evidence (or as hard as evidence can get in Mafia) then I'm not going to beleive you, and it makes you appear scummy in my eyes. The lastest time you used PoE was not the first either.

Fleur because of all the little things she has done throughout the game. From the begining newbness all the way to the completely idiotic (no offense) choice of checking Spyrex (a claimed vig) with the shoe that could have been given to someone who had an unknown,un claimed role. Theres also the defending of Spyrex as the start of the game, and all the "logic" that followed to justify it.

Those are my top two suspects right now.

Explanation: I posted why I'm voting Fleur in previous posts. To sum up the role claim thing, I beleive she has a shoe, because that was confirmed by Spyrex, but her being the prince could IMO be real or fake, and even if its real she could still be scum. Her actions today (choice to give shoe to spyrex etc.) and her actions yesterday(previous post/all day 1) just scream scum at me.

I realized my vote on Dahill was OMGUS-esque after the fact, see the unvote.

I'd also just like to bring out another point on Fleur. I developled the case on dahill using POE as the main point. I got told that this was a bad case, and in hindsight also realized this, and unvoted. The Fleur goes and uses the exact same case and nothing is said. Just thought I should mention that.

If we lynch today we go into night with 4 players, then unless Spyrex hits scum we lose (assuming 1 scum left)
If we no lynch today then we go into night with 5 players, if Spyrex hits scum we win, if he doesnt we still have a chance, again assuming 1 scum left.

No reveal really isnt helping. Thats why I went with 1 scum left, it could very well be 2 though.
