THE RULES

GENERAL RULES AND ETTIQUETTE

All Site rules must be followed at all times.
Do not discuss this game outside of designated areas without specific prior permission.
Do not quote any private communications with me, including but not limited to content, timestamps, etc. You may paraphrase.
I hold a 3-strike policy on discriminatory and derogatory attacks, 3 strikes and you will be force-replaced and black listed.
This may be waived in extreme circumstances.
Vocaroos and similar are explicitly forbidden in my games.
Please avoid using images as content or as proof of content or working.
Please spoiler large images appropriately.
Remember this is a game. Play to win, play for fun.
If you're not feeling the vibe, tag out. I wont hate you <3

ACTIVITY, PRODS AND REPLACEMENTS

Prods will be issued after 48 hours of inactivity, Saturday and Sunday will be considered 1/2 time (24 hours)
Public Holidays in one place, may not be in another. Please announce V/LA for the period if you observe the holiday.

For example: Thanksgiving isn't a thing in the UK.
Any Public Holidays that I do make allowances for, will be announced in thread and with the adjustments being made.
Prods must be responded to within 24 hours, or I will begin seeking replacement.
A 3rd prod will be automatic replacement.
Replacement searches will be announced in thread, a player replaced for inactivity will have until a replacement is found to make a game-contributing post.
Prod-dodging is not allowed, a promise for content will be considered broken within 18 hours unless V/LA is declared.
If you are expected to be V/LA, please notify me if possible. I will respect the V/LA banner on profiles.
I may ask players who are frequently or on an extensive V/LA about their ability to post, and request they accept replacement.

HYDRAS

All players within the hydra are responsible for meeting activity guidelines for the account.
All players will receive access to a PT for communications if desired.
Discord chats will be considered if requested.
Hydra PT's will not be made public unless requested.
Hydra's are NOT required to sign posts.

DEADLINES

Day/Active/Court phases will last for 12 days.
The first phase will last for 14 days.
Night/Wait/Adjournment phases will last for 2 days.
Fast-Night may be requested.
Extensions may be given in extreme circumstances.
I will accept Night Phase action submission from the second half of the Day Phase. Some roles MAY REQUIRE THIS.
Unless your role specifies otherwise, if you do not submit a night action, it will be forfeit.

ACTIONS, VOTING AND VOIDYEETING

A simple majority will suffice for the player to be yote unto the void. (roundUp ( ( currentLivingPlayers + 1 ) / 2 ) )
If no majority is reached by Deadline, a No Elimination will occur.

Please use players names or a suitable abbreviation for a player.

The room burst into life almost immediately. Accusations were flung around, yet each one kept to their oath to to King. Honour until the end.

Heated debate started and the group seemed to find some more suspicious than the others, pressure upon pressure, reciting the knights oath, reciting the history of Guardia, and almost without realising the majority made their choice. The moment that final vote and accusation was cast, the room went dark. Nothing at all could be seen, except a blue hue as a gate opened beneath Ser ssbm_Kyouko, her true form revealed for all to see in a brief moment as she was pulled into the gate.

As soon as the light around Ser ssbm_Kyouko faded and the room returned to black, a brief burst of movement was heard followed quickly by a THUD!
As the room returned to light, a dagger glistened on the floor, where their fallen comrade once stood. The room fell nauseous as the sound of Magus slow clapping and laughing filled the air.

Renewed by the take down of Yakra, learning that Lady Lucca had actually present in the fight, the knights saw reason, demanding once again each claim their abilities, their Knightly Powers - one or two may have been hopeful to see the legendary Nirvana Strike from Sir Cyrus. Sometimes no matter how trained you are, you just gotta pray to see some amazing stuff.

The group turned on one, his disguise had already faltered somewhat leaving the yellowish tinge of the Mystics Skin.

Something was different this time, they each had to fight, that ominous voice belonging to Lord Magus was missing. It wasn't only until the Henchman rolled into a wall from a misaimed attack that a gate opened beneath him.

Magus:

Hmm. You actually put up a good fight, I'll spare you - for now.

One of the guards seemed to be panicked, running around the room either trying to cause a distraction, or catch the remaining Mystic in action. Either way, it gave them their opening.

A glint of light appeared in Frogs sword, and Cronos Sabre as the two tapped into their latent magicks, and sprang forward, barely a second between them.

The two master swordsmen made their mark. Frogs Iron Sword striking hard and with dizzying precision, followed almost immediately by Crono's Steel Sabre slicing in the opposite direction. It was over as fast as it started, a red cross upon the ground where the two had tapped into their magical powers to propel them forward.

Frog looked back, expecting to see the now defeated form of Titus turn into a Mystic. She did not.

Flip and Flavour

The room fell silent as the final accusations were declared, the air itself became thick with the stench of evil anger as the magics once again took effect, putting everyone in the room deep into sleep.

Nobody knows how long they were asleep for, but each knight recalls being awoken by a strange sensation, powerful magics, perhaps?

As each Knight rose, they saw Queen Leene thanking each knight individually for their services to the Crown and to Guardia.

It soon came clear that whatever magics had been used to shroud this place, were no longer active, and that Mastina was no longer present. It would seem

Mastina, Mystic Goon

was the last of Magus' remaining forces in this place.

The Knights of Guardia with the aid of Crono, Frog and Lucca have driven back the Mystics and earched their Victory!

Thanks everyone for playing, this got broken a little easier than I expected with the adventurous claims from scum.

I have learned a few lessons from this, and will be adapting for the future.

I do have the next game planned, CTC II - The Trial which is currently being tweaked and twisted to make sure things go a little better.

In the future, one way to avoid easy breaking strategies is to use the AU (Alternate Universe) method, where you change something about the canon that completely screws with everything everyone thinks they know about the game (if 'y' instead of 'x' at juncture 'k', then 'd' 'e' 'f' instead of 'a' 'b' 'c', for example)

So how the powers activated were that Crono Lucca and Frog didn't have a clue who the others were.

Crono would just submit "Activate Lucca/Frog" and I would inform them that their Dual Tech/Vig shots had been activated. The reason for 2 deadlines was because Crono had the first deadline to submit an action by, it was also why I have a rule about submitting night actions from the half way mark.

Vig being activated also disabled the single tech abilities - triple tech gives nobody a choice.

This also means that they can target each other. and potentially kill Crono too (which would be flavoured as a misfire)
Triple tech would just silently fail too, so Crono would know they'd targetted Lucca or Frog, but nobody else would.
