So there was simply no room for a role block in that.

Which leaves us with the Dunnstral possible explanation that their ability is one in which they are informed of a very obvious failure (i.e., that Finral is dead and therefore did not receive the device)
Even though that would be pretty self-evident.

There's also the issue that android 16 isn't an inventor.

Everybody else's flavor has been pretty much spot on.
King kai having the ability to read channels and track if other people have moved makes sense, as did Gohan's universal back up, as did Vegeta's ability.
Likewise, cell *probably* killed somebody.

There is however the issue of who cell canonically had on his side, but it was prolly the little blue cells or what not.

Between MB scum read and BM scum read, I find MB scum read to be significantly more believable if I'm wrong about Guilotina.
BM just followed MB's reasoning. There was a fairly logical progression to MB's thoughts that was smoothly made that I tend to think doesn't really come from scum but it's a weak lean.

This is what resulted in my 180 flip. Because A16 being able to do that makes sense to me.

I torn about BM. He was the first player with forum clout that townread me, he was the one that defended me against Noraa’s deathtunneling. Yes, it caught me by surprise when he suddenly flipped on me when you accused me but im inclined to believe he did it as town. I would hate to kill him in the arena.
