Wow, this game is going at extremely fast pace. My thoughts so far are:

1.People are claiming way too early.
2. I really don't think mafia has nightkills, this seems pretty unbalanced in a game that it is pretty hard to take out scum. Therefore, I'm not really worried about Nat dieing as of now (unless we have a trigger happy vig).
3. Mirth, why are you voting babygirl? The only reason you'd do that (I think at least) is that you want to take her out early (superscum tell) or pressure ( which she pretty much is right now).

I have finally got time to make a indepth post, so here are my thoughts.

1. With the issue of who gets the pick the defendent I'm leaning more towards a town picker then a scum picker for the plain reason that it's pretty stacked towards the town already. (I can't really see it being fair for it to be random.)

2.Sly's analysis of BG at post #216 strikes me as odd when there's other people who seem scummier to the town as a whole and the fact that BG's the defendent. I don't know why I'd try to lynch the defendent unless I was EXTREMELY sure that he/she was scum since this would cause the day to end early (speedlynchs are bad, especially on day one.)

There's not really been much meaningful to talk about these pages, all I've seen discussed is OMGUS conversations between BM and various people, Meta (I haven't played with any of you before except Tajo, so I can't really say much in this subject), Whether to vote off someone other then BG/Rishi, and most recently what people think a townie is.

I personally think we shouldn't vote off Rishi yet, but there's simply no way that we can pin the tail on one single player in 2 days (For the fact that we pretty much all think that a number of people that could be scum.)
If I was Rishi right now I'd say any investigate results he had (doubtful of that) and say who he thought was on his scum list before gets sentenced.

My personal view on a townie is pretty much someone who is pro-town. If I wanted to say I was just a townie I'd say I was a vanilla townie.

Rishi, the reason why I said that (and why I haven't posted is that on the front page it says that the deadline was actually last Saturday(adjusted for time zones, Sunday). Looking at that, the time I posted was at Friday. I was under the impression that deadline was in 2 days. Looks like I was wrong
As for my three suspects, I really don't have any super scummy right now but if I had to, I would go Joubert (extreme lurker and doesn't post anything meaningful) and maybe slysly or nat.

I've just forgotten to unvote.You've been pretty much been 1 of the most active people (pro-town) and you have done little, if any scummy things as well as knocked down most scummy arguments against you. I wouldn't really say you are above them, I'd say that you would be tied with slysly. The reason you were high up is that you are sorta lurking throughout the game (Joubert is lurking and not giving a single meaningful post). It would be a very good scum strategy to lurk in this game, as previously stated.

The reason I want Joubert gone, BM, is that he has been heavily lurking (10 posts over the entire game!) all of them being very short and not being very useful,his last post reaks of buying time till the deadline, and all he's done over the game is pick on Mirth (From the very very start) and defending BG (pretty poorly). I might have understood his lurkerdom if he had at least mentioned that he had RL problems earlier, but he did not mention that once in his posts or sigs. I can't believe you saying that we have absolutely no evidence that he's not scum (as well as the fact that I'm not the only one who's voting him right now).

The point isn't that you couldn't log in, it's the fact you could have put it in one of your few posts you did make.

Malthusis created his list, but no explanation. Cream copied Malthusis' list and swapped names around (he said it himself). Mirth pulls out her list, with me at the top (no surprise here). And Tarmo goes on, still no explanation.

We and (I) have already stated our reasons for voting you (and I have nicely summarized most of those above). You can't go around saying that most the people of the game are scummy(Me, Mirth, Skye,Cream,Nat, and maybe Rishi and Gorrad).

Judge: makes a list of people to be jurors.The highest (average) people on the list get to be jurors. (There are 2 ranks, BM is the Highest Rank, Rishi is the lower one)
Prosecuter: I assume they make a list of players to be the defendent in the same manner as the judge.

My role is Dick Gumshoe. I was investigating the murder of Larry Butz before the trial even started, so I got a head start (N0) investigation. My investigations were:
N0: Joubert, Guilty (This is why I pushed for him).
N1: Cream, Innocent

This leaves Rishi ( I'm fairly certain he's the judge),Matt, and Nat. I'm going to either vote one or the other, but I'll withhold my vote till Rishi and CS get their 2 cents in.

This game was very fun. The reason I didn't fakeclaim Klavier is because I was already planning on being gumshoe and the 2 prosecutors have already claimed. I was laughing in my seat when you guys nearly lynched Matt (If I had more forethought, I might have framed Matt with my cop result). I'd happily play another game with a system like this (P.S: Vollkan, what did the baliff do?)
