The people who attack the GF claim the most are the scum because (assuming UA is a townie) they know that the person claiming GF is lying.

I'm way more comfortable with a Flea lynch than a Hjallti lynch to be entirely honest, but I think they're both scum.

A GF claim is terrible townie play, because it draws the attention to them, which will likely result in their mislynch.

I can see that both thought and logic went into this post.

I know from experience - 3 games of Vengeful, all in which there has been a GF claim, one on-site - that it is the most pro-town thing possible.

Onsite, there was a Godfather claim by a Townie. The first person to show disbelief (ie. not voting them) of the claim was the Goon.

In this game, the first person to show disbelief of the claim was Hjallti, so I can see your case on him. I don't really support it, but I can see your point.

A fair point, but I feel that if someone is scum (which your post seemed to make out was how you thought about UA), then the benefits of lynching a very scummy player would outweigh the possible drawbacks of a quicklynch.

Basically, my point is, if you're sure someone's scum, a quicklynch isn't bad, IMO...

I don't think discussion is over yet. In fact I wanted to chnage my second place suspiocioun to Vamp.
He basically attacks me for not hammering UltimaAvalon, while he can hammer right now and he doesn't.

The plan, as a concept, seems perfectly reasonable, but yeah, not now...

I think that we should keep track of votes (naturally), and "Psuedo-Votes" as a whole. The player who gets a majority of votes first is lynched, and we mutually agree to vig whoever has the most total votes, that is, the total of all votes and pseudo-votes.

I think this system works...

Pretty much, yeah. Basically, we pseudo-vote (

) the other person in our scum pairings, and when someone does get lynched, if they are a townie, they vig whoever has the most total votes. For the sake of the system, you can't vote and pseudo-vote the same person.

So? There were still a variety of other ways you could have replied to that...

Well, if you've got to know, I did it for both the reasons SSF stated. I know through experience The GF Claim is really great at revealing the scum, and if it went out of control and I died, I would've at least known who to vig. Plus, I do love killing people.

Looking at the game based solely on reactions of the GF Claim, SSF and HJ are textbook scum. However, as I aluded to when I said "You're just mad cus I claimed GF before you did," I know JDodge, if scum, being the Master of Gambits himself, would not have fallen for such an easy trap. So I can really see it going both ways, where HJ and SSF are obv scum, and where HJ is dumb scum, JDodge is smart scum, and SSF is just the ignorant townie who got caught on the wrong side of the trap.
