'Kay - all caught up. How dramatic! As I've said I've been busy. My random vote remained on Dust because I hadn't updated it. Now that I've all caught up I am still tempted to slap my vote right back where it was, for the reasons others have stated, especially AA23, most notably Dust's flip-floppery. I won't do that however because of the claim. However

I don't "believe" anything. I'll buy it for now because there isn't really much of an option currently.

For when you get back - just want you and Ash to explain your actions in voting, keeping votes, (pulling off), and your opinion on the circumstances.

My voting: I joke voted Dust. In between then and when I next checked the thread he got to L-1 (I think) very quickly. He also claimed Seer. Upon seeing this I unvoted and voted for Zwet. He put Dust at L-1 or L-2 for a weak reason.

Opinion: Dust may be the Seer. I can't take it for granted though, because really, what else was he going to say to aviod a lynch? If Dust

is

pro-town, then Zwet's late vote looks sketchy. IIRC Everyone else on the Dust-wagon had given an acceptable reason to be there.

He, however, doesn't mention Ace, who had the same reason for voting Dust as Zwet.

This is not true at all. Ace apparently had some good meta on Dust and his early game habits. Zwet voted after this and had none of his own Dust-meta, only what he saw in this game, which IMO doesn't warrant putting Dust at L-1 or 2. As it turns out, Ace's "meta" is total bullplop, but that is neither here nor there for why

@Ash, Zwet put Dust at L-3, so it's that's not very dangerous, nor is it particularly close to a lynch since there's still wiggle room and it was early in the game, not to mention how it was Zwet who had the newly formed wagon when you voted him.

So he did. Whether L-2 or L-3 my points are still valid. You aked why Zwet and not Ace. L-3 is a step up from L-4. Ace had his own meta, Zwet was following Ace. If this is still a discussion of Zwet vs. Ace then Zwet is clearly scummier from that particular piece of play no?

Zwet voted because of Ace's meta on Dust, so that means they were both voting for the same reason: Ace's meta on Dust, and you only made a point of Zwet doing it. Is that not the case? That's what I see it as.

We'll have to agree to disagree if I can't convince you after this post so we don't get bogged down in semantics:

AA I see your logic in 258. I don't blame you for clinging to it. The problem is maybe Emp just worded it badly. Maybe REALLY badly, but still. Also it hangs on Dust being a villain.

At this point I feel far more inclined to go for:

1. Zwet. If someone's meta is null, then it should be thrown out and just focus on the current game. Statements like ''If this was anyone but Zwet I would be voting right now" don't make sense to me if it's generally agreed that his meta is null.

or,

2. Ace. I can't write that off as just a wee exaggeration.

I would also endorse lynching Ace today, who has again posted elsewhere and not here. Given up? I don't think replacement would help in this case.

I'm voting. I'm voting for Mix. I'm on record as liking both the Mix and the Ace cases. I'm old-school Mix-and-Ace-case-guy.

I like the Mix case better, but feel that Ace is being given waaaay too much leniency and time to post constructively. If more votes appear on him I will gladly unvote mix and drop the hammer.

Soon is long-gone. I still prefer the Mix case but the longer he fails to post, the scummier Ace gets. However, I'll retract this threat as Mix has stopped posting as well. Frankly, even if he does post I have no idea what Ace could say at this point to earn trust. I hate lining up lynches but I guess enough people have hinted or outright said this so far that it doesn't matter: Ace is probably next to go IMO.

Why does town want attention before making a case?

No - I'm not saying that drawing attention to yourself is a pre-requisite for making a decent case, but you shouldn't let potential attention stop you if have something to say.

I get suspicious when people are posting in a manner that lets them slip under the radar.

This is twisted in a way. Your more or less telling Thesp he can go the easy way by voting Ace, or going the hard way by having to persuade someone else. This situation is kind of leading.

That wasn't my intention. But I do think it's time to decide. Mix or Ace are clearly the lynchee today, barring some bizarre event. Neither are posting. What more is to be gained? I see no reason to not be voting now. Only reason I see is "Look how town I am - I am weighing up my options oh so much and am in no hurry to rush this."
