1) These twelve base roles are randomly distributed pregame.
2) Mafia are then given seventy two hours to discuss pregame and choose up to three of the following role-modifiers and passive-effects.
3) For every modifier above that the mafia choose plus another two guaranteed, one of each of these possible role-modifiers will be randomly distributed to the town.
4) One slot may never receive more than one modifier.
5) Passive-effects, such as mafia daytalk, don't inherently belong to any individual slot.
6) Although the game is confirmed to always have at least two town power-roles despite any choices the mafia make, town-aligned players will all receive a vanilla town role pm to start with.
7) Mafia members may submit the night kill and one individual action on the same night.
8) If the traitor isn't recruited, they will inherit choice of the factional kill when and if their partners die first.
9) If the traitor isn't recruited, they cannot receive a role-modifier.
10) If the traitor isn't recruited, they have a 1-shot night kill immunity.
