Because he either hasn't caught up yet or he's just stalling for time; we will never know until he actually starts playing. As of right now, all I know about him are his predecessors' posts and his inability to catch up. We can look at what he's saying after he catches up and see if stalling is a legitimate accusation we can levy.

Also, I'm willing to give Aegor time because I misread the crap out of him in another game, so I kind of want to see how he works when I'm not jumping down his throat.
