i can't seem to make a decent strategy where we don't have an IC
it would pretty much only work if matsumi hits scum, otherwise, we would lynch them tomorrow.

So, if an IC claims, then any remaining PR's know the exact setup.
So if IC + vig, then matsumi is confirmed if they hit scum or there are two kills. So, shooting randomly they have 3/8 chance of hitting scum if a VT elects to die to lynch today.
If IC + JK, JK saves IC. we will see at most 1 kill, so logical play would be to lynch matsumi tomorrow.
if IC + tracker, tracker tracks whoever and we lynch matsumi tomorrow.
this allows the non-ic pr to know setup without outing themselves.
the issues come when there is no IC.

If Alchemist was town, he would be 100% positive Gaiden and Caled is the scum team. The fact he thinks it's possible I'm scum is a slip I think. If he was town he would have ruled me out when I didn't quick hammer him given the opportunity.
I don't think this a newb tell. He ruled out Krystal using the same logic.

The only way it's a slip is if you're scum with him and the reason he's not ruling you out is because he knows you're scum.
