The only thing I can think of against is it gives scum a pool to kill out of as well and there's no protective roles. If scum hit the vig early, that pool becomes the lynch pool, minus outed town PRs who will obviously be picked off first. Also it will heavily diminish scumhunting, which could make lynches and the vig both inaccurate. But we'd really need some shitty town for that to happen. Hopefully these points have already been brought up and responded to. I'm in. Easy wins are good for my record.

Notes (not a catchup post but as close to one as you'll get):
neil's post is obvious but someone had to say it (I did too). It's the most legitimate argument against this plan.
swankidelic contradicting by page 2.
Hoopla is obvtown for being the first to come up with the idea.
Amrun on page 2 seems against the idea. I don't like how for it she is now. Obviously stuff was said in between but from being cautious to being the biggest supporter of it I've read so far, I'm tempted to believe she realized it was better for her and her team to go along with it at some point.

Amrun went for the idea as soon as Hoopla expanded on it. Not sure I like that flip. Most of what Hoopla expanded on was semantics while the idea remained the same so Amrun just looks like she was waiting to figure out how threatening the idea was.

Just for the record, and this totally deserves to be spaced out in between everything else, the phrase is "for all intents AND purposes," not "for all intensive purposes."

glowball versus Amrun is pages and pages of uselessness. Actually the first 9 pages as a whole accomplish very little. Easy game to replace into, that's for sure.
I like that zmuffinman doesn't like Amrun too much either

I guess it's remotely possible that scum Hoopla's plan backfired on her. But I won't be voting her any time soon.

glow, I'm not saying the plan is perfect and maybe I would have been more against it had I been given a real choice, but it makes it VERY difficult for scum to win. The odds are better than a traditional game, which is the whole point of the plan.

We're separating it 3 to the vig pool and 6 to the lynch pool, right? Does the vig make the choice of which one to hide in? I was under the impression that the vig would hide in the lynch pool but if all the scum hide in there with him/er then it's still VERY easy for them to hit. The vig choosing which one to hide in ameliorates that issue a bit. Maybe this has already been brought up. I skimmed a lot of the semantics.

Well. Let's see. Silver replaced grey who was on my scum reads with Amrun. The weakest of the three but glowball has looked like town the whole time. I'm inclined to believe silver is the scum out of the PR claims but Amrun is scum too. Bussing gambit is all too likely with the way town is raping this setup.

neil, it's not pretty obvious. I think we can agree Oversoul looks like a PR for sure but of the rest of the PR claims it's up in the air. And frankly I have a town read on zMuffin even though his meta doesn't match the experience I have with him either.

I like neil's plan better. The 5/3 spliy was good for a particular reason which no longer exists with 2 scum and a 4/3 split. If we MUST do the split today, then it should be a 2/5 split (2 in lynch, 5 in vig).

Yes I have a townread on glowball and I don't see her gambiting like this as scum but it's quite possible and I like to stick to lynch all liars policy. In other words I had a town read. Now I have a weak town read.
