The reason it is important for town to do this is so we can get information flowing and scumhunt. His lack of belief, plus him saying "andrew does this as townie" has actually convinced me he does somewhat.

I don't think HOMJ's case against him is any good, inactivity is not a good reason in my book. I don't think he is lurking since he doesn't post once his name comes up, so I guess he is busy. But either way, another look at HOMJ's case against scott iis sending off some bells in my head.
