The Plan:
Town collectively decides who should be vigged, watcher watches that person and then knows who vig is.

I vote YES, because it lets watcher confirm vig. The worst that could happen is mimes roleblock one of them, or goons try to kill the vig target... in the latter case, watcher would catch scum. In the former, oh well, we lace up and try again tomorrow.

Look, I just didn't see the harm in clearing our vig when there's no danger of him dying without giving up mime/goon in the process. If either group targets the vig, the watcher catches them. Vig gets RB'd? Then we see who it is that RB'd him. Vig gets killed? Then we see who it is that killed him. It also launches the biggest WIFOM ever and makes both scum/mimes paranoid.

In any case, Kise's idea might be better if everyone lists their top three town reads in no specific order.
