The Dark Angel is intended to be a benign third party. If the Dark Angel dies, the game goes on as normal while the Dark Angel wins. The only instantly game ending scenario with the Dark Angel is if the Dark Angel gets elected as Noble, in which case all Mafiosi are immediately endgamed and the Town wins.
