In my experience, the scum in elo is usually the more persuasive and better posited one.

it's not a hard fast rule but if you ever want to play devil's advocate with yourself it could help.

It's really the premise that good scum will have a slot worth endgaming versus the other 2 townies. Basically strong team plays would involve an elo where 2 town either have cases against each other or do not communicate effectively.
