why is my intro scummy in this new context?

Initially i thought: oh self trusts are legal but scum wouldnt want to do that since then they's be out of the game (was thinking abt trusts like flips)

And then pooky pointed out that scum wanted to leave, so i thought it made it scummier because (if self-trusts are legal) than dats doing so would be making it that much likelier to happen, esp if anybody is in a meme-y mood.

Now that i know that self trusts arent legal, i think your entrance is basically nai

I have a plan. I will say who I won't trust for the time being.

That should be a good way to approach this setup. In fact, we should all post full readlists and nobody should ever accept a Trust without 50% of the remaining players accept it. IF that's the case THEN I can accept Ich's shady proposition (keeping the strongest players around for late game)

Rught now I believe 2 players have yet to post (I am talking about the opening 3 pages), so I don't have a complete readlist yet, but let's say I have good feelings about Vulture, PP & T3 (which probably means both scum are in there judging by my brilliant run since the start of 2021)

On contrary, those are more reasons for me to suspect them. From a townie mindset; one can choose to stay as long as they want by simply rejecting offers. No need for anyone to be scum read to do it.

Well, I suggest everyone should state the two players they can read with most precision (if applicable). Like, for me.. I can't say I can read anyone with precision, but I think I have a good record with PP and skitter

How about we all try to TRUST each other (not the mechanic..like really have faith in each other)? I -of course mean the TOWN-ALIGNED players here (and I can foresee someone asking "how do I know everyone else's alignment" which would be a bad interpretation of what I'm saying, so...)

Let's first vote (yes, VOTE( for our towniest reads. Like, I'd vote Vulture & PP. Then we count the votes and see which players have the highest votes. Then the highest player states their top two players they can read well. NOT their top TRs, and NOT their preferred pairing.. the two players they can READ well (might be required to provide a record of some kind). Then they tell us their read on these particular two. This way we know where everybody stands with some reasoning. Like, I TR X because I know how to read X (in my case, my TR on Vulture would be voided although he is my top TR because I do NOT have a record to show I can read him with precision. However, my read on PP should be accounted for because I do have a good -lucky - record reading him).

Prhaps when we've done all that we'd have a much better idea of how to move on than trying to play this individually (as we always do)

you and a50 are fairly consensus PoE by the others. trying to appeal to people within the PoE rather than outside is a pretty decent way for scum to get a trust going there.

Once pretty sure I was Town, now trying to appeal to people in the PoE (except I declared Vulture to be my top TR way early into D1 that I didn't even know who ws leaving and who would be included in said PoE). Ya feel?
