Yes, The literal text put infront of us by Black is that she wants to axe me but not yet. I agree. There is no disagreement between what the text, from a purely literal standpoint, means.

However, text is never written competely devoid of context. It's not like this text came forth from the Earth as though a god pulled it from there. Rather, it was written with intent, from someone, with a motive.

If you think about the text in relation to the context that it was written in, you can learn more about what the text, and by extention what the person writing the text, was really saying. In our case, you could apply a literal reading, and indeed you have.
You could also apply a more contextual reading, and see that if Black didn't want to execute me in that moment, she would have unvoted immediately, rather than waiting for a few posts to go by before unvoting. This is because it would have been a bad look if all she said on the matter was a remark of executing me.

While I didn't see exactly what Jackson was seeing (I think Jackson was splitting some pretty fine hairs), I did find Jupiter's response to Jackson incriminating. It felt very off-keter and not townlike at all.

While I could never make any gameplay recommnedations, I would like to recommend that you take a few steps back from this game, maybe get something to eat, and come back when you're ready. i've been neutral on mango all day and that hasn't changed for me. i don't know how to get a good read off his inactivity but at the same time if that was by design he'd be seeing it wasn't working by now, right?

i can also really imagine the NAI case for his lack of engagement considering the fairly intense tone the thread took on earlier, his age compared to the probable age of most of the players here and the vague vibe of his personality i get from the posts he has made. i'd kinda like to give him some space to re-engage and try to enjoy the game if he decides to but i recognise that's an emotional position rather than a rational gameplay one.

After reading the respective Day 1's from Black, her behaviour here is totally new and does not correlate with anything that she's done before, whether she be scum or town.

Therefore, I feel justified in saying that Black's actions are scummy of their own merit, and you'll need to pull some meta from her games yourself to convince me otherwise.

If I were gauging Black's actions purely from her meta (as provided by the person I was talking to, in this case [NAME],) then I would be able to determine nothing, as that was new behaviour from her.

However, if I applied some theory to Black's actions, I would determine her to be scummy based purely on their own merits and not because of outside factors or influences.
