of course, el loves playing around with meta. but also people push el in most games based on reasons that are just NAI for em. my current thought process with reading the slot is seeing how others interact with em, and right now gamestate tells me that people wanna push em rather than people wanna ignore em. former usually indicates townie el being targeted for weird play.

obvs there are nuances here, smaller game + being in the small hood means el is instantly in the spotlight so idk how much this kind of read holds up in this setup? but i know right now el is playing like el usually does. nothing has pinged me as particularly scummy so i'm chilling with the read.

daisy i think is town, there’s something ruminating in my brain about el/daisy as a team for the strength of connection they have this game but i like daisy’s usage of meta, doesn’t feel like rote listing of things but an actual… usage of them, lol, lens? on the game.

i thought that it was curious how it was used to bolster elements for the most part and wanted to see if she had thought about other worlds pr how elements would play and i feel she had given it some thought which makes me thinks the way she’s using it isn’t to like… pocket elements or protect a partner

I get a similar feeling when looking at your posts that I dismissed in that game but now feeling them again looking at your posts here, it’s making me concerned

i know that saying "i don't believe this is a real read" or "i heavily doubt the weight of this" is like, a thing that is very hard to argue against in a meaningful way but even doing a cursory skim of that game i'm confused how you have this feeling compared to like... what actually happened this game which has barely started. (and, though this is more kneejerk "what?", even skimming your iso there you were townreading me (going off of searching 'val') like... most if not all of this game searching my name so i'm unsure if i can believe that concern is like... dunno, it's clearly not accurate but i'm struggling for the correct word here. i am unsure if i can put any weight to your solving process i guess, if you're coming up with this?

that being said, i think it would be very weird for you to represent it this way if you were a wolf, with other people in this game that were also in that game, but like... what?

Daisy and I are good friends irl and I wouldn't be able to resist putting us in a hood together and I like to think she wouldn't either
It's not a read that will nessecerily persist through the rest of the game, but it's the strongest ai thing anyone has done this game given i don't have any idea how anyone else would split the group

i.. don't know if i agree with the AI part, someone has probably done something but we don't have the retrospective view on it yet

afaik el's played this setup irl with me a lot and there the expectation is that the small hood is murdered every time. i only realised that going for the other hood might be good after this game started.

i wish i had the willpower to go back and read all of the other iterations of this setup but i don't think it's been a foregone conclusion that small hood = always, i was in one of the runs of this where we got a day 1 win by elimming in the big one

i think that if you thought that, and by extension el thought that, it... idk. it does something to the hypothetical "who would have picked what". my brain isn't clicking the wires where they need to be immediately.

in the small hood it would be a functional coinflip, i’ve went back and forth on both of them too much to feel comfortable placing a vote. i think elements has felt less towny but idk the % on that is… not high in terms of confidence.
