JK can only really play as an investigative if there's 1 scum left IIRC.

Even with only 1 scum, there has to be a small enough PoE to claim whether it was the shooter or the shot that got stopped.

I did briefly consider if hypoclaiming (everyone picks a town role off the clock and then claims a target/result at the beginning of D2, the actual town PR's could claim their real results and then if they die)

Unless there's enough overlap in claims, doesn't this give scum the exact setup?

It's just vibes, it came off as a very "bored" response to the RVS wagon forming on them, and in these early stages of the games that's what I find to be Maf-indicative since I don't think a lot of people enjoy playing Maf on this site, at least not as much as they enjoy playing Town, for various reasons. I could obviously be totally reading the tone wrong or reading too much into it, but I also don't think theres much harm in keeping the hydra at E-2 for right now.

Interesting take, I'll have to try and pay attention to that. I know personally even when I'm town I don't hard defend myself unless I'm fairly certain the person pushing me is scum, because I feel it's more helpful to wincon to continue scumhunting.

Still don’t have a lot of feelings about shaddowez so that vote feels stale

By itself no it's not but I remember being bothered that the promised random vote never came the next day - by the time I noticed that he was gone and there were other things to focus on though

I had thought about it when I got back to the game, but it felt like coming in with an RVS vote at the time I did wouldn't have done anything for the gamestate except show I was there.

This weekend and past few days did not go anywhere like I expected, so I've had a lot less time to dedicate to the game than I thought I would, so I'm hoping to pick back up. I've read through, and have a pretty solid TR on Thomith right now, based on his interactions. He's not letting people just put out easy statements, but actually trying to find the mindset behind them. 151 and 178 also make me think he's re-reading the game and paying attention, which IME scum don't do as frequently.

More to come, want to do some ISOs, happy to answer questions while reading.

Game is back in sign-ups in the Open Queue right now if they're feeling better yet. I know that can be rough, I travelled recently and the whole family came home sick and stayed sick for like 3 weeks
