For a start, you should write 'fucktard' on your forehead - no, brand it - and spend the rest of the year looking into a mirror intoning "I am a complete, utter fucktard" and periodically smashing your head into the mirror. As you crumple to the ground courting unconsciousness, with mirror fragments serenely shimmering around your face and blood trickling into your eyes, whisper to yourself with all the realisation wrapped up in desperate revelation -
"I am a complete, utter fucktard!"
And then die.
