This is some serious work. If this gets played and this complex mechanism actually works, I'm nominating this for scummies.

My concern:

• As a game rule writer, I need to say that your icon is your role pm is not obvious enough. What does the [n] or
  means? You need to add legend for it.
  
• Don't go for all 144 heroes. As the complexity increases, more mayhem occurs. I suggest you keep the hero limit at 2 x N where N is the number of player.
  Trust me on this one.
  I know you want to create a replayable setup, but instead of shooting all the way to 144, just
  start at 24 heroes and increase 12 every another play
  .
  
• I'm having hard time to understand your role PM. So Crystal Median's @ level 1 has no ability, @ level 2 has Crystal nove, @ level 4 has Arcane Area and @ level 6 has Freezing Field. Does that work like that?
  
• Can you explain about agility more detailed? I'm having hard time to understand it.
  
• According to your rule, my level increase every time I lynch someone from opposing faction. Does this means that if I'm town, I will level up for lynching survivor?
  
• Your setup is not friendly for people who doesn't understand Dota.
  Fortunately, all you need to do is make the role well-phrased.

Rewriting to make the rule more obvious. Did I miss something?

Dota Mafia is an semi-open mafia for 10 / 20 people.

If 10 people: 7 town, 1 survivor and 2 mafia
If 20 people: 14 town, 2 survivor, and 4 mafia

or

14 town, 1 survivor, 3 mafia A, and 2 mafia B.

Regardless of your alignment, half of you will be part of Radiant clan while the other half will be part of Dire clan. Each clan has their own discussion.

Each player will pick a hero, but the picking method is based on majority vote. They are.

[A]All pick: Each player will secretly vote 6 heroes to be ban (12 in 20 player game). 6/12 heroes that receives the most vote will be banned. Each player then will choose give a list of priority the role that a player want. The mod will give each player the role they want with highest priority first.

All random: Each player receives a random hero
[C]Single pick: Each player will receive their own pool of 3 hero. Each player will pick 1 hero they want and discard the other 2. The hero in play will be revealed, but who picked what not.

Each hero has 4 abilities. You must assign the first three abilities as reward for leveling up. First, you must pick your original skill for level 1, Second, you must pick the ability that you want as reward for level 2. Finally, you must pick the ability that you want as reward for level 4. The fourth ability is called Ultimate ability and can be only won for leveling up to level 6. The Ultimate ability is not available for 10 people game.

Your hero also has 1 of the following trait:

[A] Strength: It takes 1 extra vote to lynch you

Agility: Your action is not canceled if only foiled (role blocked, etc..) by one player. It takes 2 player to foils your action to cancel it.
[C] Intelligent: Originally, each player starts at level 1, but you starts at level 2.

When you pick your hero, you're aware of your alignment and your clan, but the hero you pick may work differently then normal if you're playing as another alignment.

When someone is lynched, the game will go to 24 hours twilight to let hero play their ability.

When someone is lynched, heroes of the opposite clan of the person being lynched levels up. But do remember that despite leveling up is an advantage, your main objective is to lynch mafia (as town), survive (as survivor) or kill everyone (as scum).

During each cycle (day--twilight--night), you can only execute 1 non-passive skill.

I have an idea for his ult as well : if you hammer someone the game won't enter the twilight . by this ability more than 1 person can be lynched during the day.

Question: If the hammer occurs just before the deadline (let's say just 9 hours), does that mean we have 9 hours to lynch the second one?

I suggest this : There is a chance (X%) that if someone targeted you , you start the next day voting one of the players above or below you randomly. what do you think ?

One thing. You said in Phantom Assasain's Coup De Grace that there is 10% chance that the vote or the dagger will be twice more harmful. I think this needs to be clarified.

Suppose I vote on Frozen Angel, this means that my vote on Frozen Angel can either worth 2 x (10%) or 1 x. But what happens if now I unvoted and voted back at zMuffinFan. Will we roll the 10% chance again or it sticks back to the previous vote. Will the hero aware if his vote is 2 votes or 1 votes.

How do you use a power on day? Do you use it secretly or publicly?

I have 2 concerns with Crystal Maiden...

1. It says that Crystal Nova will make it's target cold. So what's the effect of being cold?

2. How Freezing Field work in practice? To be precise, how do we make the game anonymous?

That is tough question tbh....but I prefer the opposing clan on the lynch wagon. Make it hard to level up.

2. I will make an alt account for anon posting , people will send what they want to post through pming that alt acc and a mod will mirror them in game thread (and sending the real identities to real Crystal maiden). Same goes For Crystal maiden.

1. Do you know that this is useless if the pick method is single draft because they can eliminate from the banned list and know 100% sure that Crystal maiden is in the game by process of elimination?

Hold on a second. I know you want to make this as Dota as possible, but you understand you have to cut the line somewhere right? That outside mentor is way out of the game. Keep that in your mind.

Try this:
Everyone knows their own role except the captain.

Ban one by one, then captain's choice then the other non-captain will sent a priority list of the role they want. Resolve using the priority list. Captain takes whatever left. It saves a lot of time in the second part.

Actually no, we can't. If someone ban a role that is picked then you are screwed. Instead of the confusing 4x Ban-4x Pick-2x Ban-and shalala, can we just have 10x ban-10 x pick. Who ban first will pick last.
