Doesn't the lazy here apply to both the traitor and the strongman? If I'm not mistaken, that would result in both the traitor and the strongman roles being disabled when they are the last scum left. Traitor can't perform the factional kill, so the strongman there does nothing. It might need to be Mafia Strongman Lazy Traitor instead.

I'd be willing to run one of these if Cook doesn't want to.
We would have to iron out the Encryptor thing though as I would definitely be running it with daytalk.

17 is the only explicitly non-normal role that I could find, but there are a few other roles (36, 39, 75) I'm concerned about. They're technically within the letter of normality, but I'm not sure they're aligned with the spirit. I'm not sure if I've missed anything there though.
The encryptor thing is one issue, but I've also thought of another issue. What happens if you roll only one mason or neighbour card? Do you put the player in a PT by themself? Remove that piece of their role? Convert someone else to a mason or neighbour? Reroll?
