DS and Polotet came up with one of my favorite setups ever, a great storyline (yes, a storyline in a mafia game), some really great roles, and some good (and thematically accurate, right down to the writing style) flavor text in Discworld Mafia: Anarchy in Ankh-Morpork. The one problem was a little error in a recruitment choice that really hurt one group of scum. Otherwise, everything was great. I'm still waiting on the sequel.
