You should, like, have some kind of synergy in games where you've played together? I can't judge this objectively and I've never seen you two playing together anyway, so I'm trusting you here.
If you're more likely to flake as a hydra than as an independent player, please don't hydra here.
If you're hydraing because you don't have the time to play normally, then please don't play at all.

Basically, the stronger the case you can make that your hydra has an advantage from being a hydra, the better! Within two-head limits, of course.

ALSO, and I am calling this out right now:

The town win condition refers to the scumteam as a mafia, but the scum role PMs are inconsistent about whether they're mafia or werewolves. I've posted the vanilla townie PM in the scumteam's private topic to make this mistake absolutely clear.

Hey! I need a replacement for Ranger, in Blitz 14. This game is on Day 1, and it's 18 pages so far. It uses the Chosen open setup. Deadlines after Day 1 are 48 hours, and missing 24 hours is grounds for replacement, so please don't offer unless you're comfortable with that!
