2-3 days for Newbies (which is a little optimistic of late, to be honest). SEs get in games slower because demand is lower than supply.

That said, I've pinged VRK. I know he's not often around on weekends.

If you need to /out for time reasons, you can do so anytime before the game starts. You can do it after the game starts too (replace out), but it's usually considered jerky (see signature).

It also probably depends on how much of the game you played as a replacement. D1 replacement on P3? Definitely counts as a full game. D4 replacement as Cop-investigated scum? Fuggetaboudit.

Ultimately it's VRK's call, but 3 replacements is probably about equal to two games from scratch. Go play an Open or something, branch out.

You don't really get a choice. You can choose not to take on the IC responsibilities, but otherwise you're either a Newbie or an SE (or you're temporarily disqualified until you play a game in a different queue, under the new rules).

I need two replacements for 1479. Day One, very early Day One (page 2 so far), but two players failed to come back after last Friday's glitch.

These are Newbie slots, so anybody not already in their first game is eligible, though I will give preference for true newbies. Neither playerslot has made a Day One post yet, so this would essentially be a pregame replacement.

I may need an extremely-late-Day One replacement for NG 1479. 13 pages, deadline is in less than 16 hours but I will extend a day or so if someone is a fast reader. I am waiting for one final prod on the disappeared player, so I will get back to you after noon or so (6 hours).

This is a newbie slot technically, so anyone who is not in their first game is eligible to play. Because of the late stage of Day One I don't recommend this to someone as their first game, though, you'll have a lot to catch up on and decide quickly without learning terminology, etc.
