No. It's not. With another homicide trial in October, I am pulling this and spoiling the mechanic for the curious.

There was a third party aligned with someone they did not know the alignment of (The Unknown). That slot was investigation immune. The third party had a limited number of swaps of the unknown (done randomly). Pretty fun but can't fit into a smaller setup. Swing would be too dramatic.
