Thursday Next: Lost in a Good Book Mafia

Variations from normal play (edited):

- Every day, a "coincidence" will occur in the form of a catastrophe or accident of some sort. One random player will be unable to post during that day, and cannot be lynched (but can be NK'd during the night). They can also be protected, investigated and so forth, but they themselves will receive an one-night night action for use during the upcoming night.

- Each night, grammasites will attack the thread, causing a few random posts to be jumbled via random generator, so as to be unreadable.

- All players will be sent a question each night that, if answered correctly, will grant them an extra vote during the upcoming day. The questions can be about absolutely anything.

- Coincidences will illustrate the night kill/lynch scenes.

The Mole Mafia

Twelve players. One prize. One mole.

The game will take the shape of the reality series very closely. Each "Episode" or Day will last a total of two (2) weeks, at which point all players will be required to take a quiz relating to the identity of the mole. The player with the lowest score (or slowest completion time in the case of a tie) will be executed, and forced to leave the game. The night phase will include mod discussion with the mole about upcoming challenges, and will take place on the weekend after the day ends (mirroring the producer-mole talk in the real show). During the day, players will be randomly assigned two tasks to perform (one on each Monday of the two week Days). If the criteria are met by the given deadline (usually the Wednesday of that week), all players who participated successfully will receive one point. At the end of the game, when only 3 players remain, the person with the highest amount of points that is not the Mole will win.

This game will require people who have successfully completed at least 2 games, and be fully committed. Any player who requests a replacement will be modkilled. If you are not sure that you can meet the requirements for this game, DO NOT sign up. I really only want experienced players who know that they will be able to stay during the entire game.
