If town is limming d1 and venging n1 then no, otherwise it massively disincentivizes no limming d1 and forces town to venge n1

Town can only venge day 1 so if day 1 is a no lim then it's 3/2 and town has to vote cult. After that they get a mislim since it's 3/1 nightless and the CL is 1-shot
