I don't understand on what you're saying on this post when you talked about me not getting the jokes on them. At first the votes did look like rvs and once when I saw Shadow being discussed some more about not showing up, it didn't look like a joke to me and I started wondering maybe the players have never played with Shadow and I wanted to clear this up through my experience with Shadow.

Re: the second paragraph, I think if you thought we were being serious your reaction would have more "what the fuck" alongside it, similar to black and HPE.

I think 77 may come from an unnatural thought process because I don't believe the thought "Koba plays like Not_Mafia" is organic coming from someone who has played with Koba before. It feels constructed, like you thought "I should make a post about how I'm very concerned about eliminating people in RVS" and worked backwards from there, which I think scum are more likely to do.

Players will change their playstyles out of the blue and seeing that DkKoba changed their avatar I was worried they changed their playstyle to a troll who would instantly hammer at L-1 without waiting for the player to claim. I know a player who changed his playstyle just to troll and for not wanting to take playing mafia seriously anymore.

well Me and A are not scum, so this whole cautious push feels like push narrative, and it was mention early. where usually people just fluff early day 1 and so placing votes and on and off.

you on the other hand are past the fluff stage with that vote on A. could be town tunnel. but every time i see someone early read someone as scum in early phase, instead day later i lean more scum. since town look for other town/not wanting to accident lynch in small/few numbers in these type of setup.

Anyway, it feels sort of difficult to believe this is an intentional tactic upon reflection. I think there is a certain level of self righteousness and irritation that is very difficult to fake emotionally, and it's also not likely that Adorable and Harle are skilled at that specific manipulation tactic and not anything else that makes for effective scumplay. It doesn't really add up too well for me.

It's possible flare fluff is scum and still genuinely believes what they're saying about the rest of us being stupid because they don't understand what we're saying. I need to think about it more, but I think the flat assumption that people who scumread them are wrong and dumb without really appearing to grapple or address the points being made is not super likely to come from scum.

To be honest, I probably should have come to this conclusion earlier, but I was annoyed and didn't really want to. I felt like my arguments were fundamentally correct so I kept pushing them but I don't think policy elimination on Day 1 is actually a good idea.

I think rogue's question about "what does flare fluff think about the wagons", including me, was a really scummy post. I don't think the push on Black was great, and idk I guess their treatment of flare feels a bit weird to me. I think I might have to think about how I can verbalise that feeling better, and them being a hydra with two very different approaches to the slot complicates things. I usually don't play games with hydras so I'm not super used to dealing with it. In any case, I think the core of my problem with it is it feels like Theran kind of wants to push FF but doesn't actually do it?

I have low activity because this is a game I play when I have time based on real life, but I still try to engage when I can. So, you can try to interact with me directly and I'll respond when I'm on. Also, judge based on what you feel quality of content is, not quantity of posts. Are my questions pointed? Do I seem to do anything with the info I get? Consider me critically and you should be able to get a read on me even with a low count.

I've read your iso. I just think everything in it could really easily come from town or scum. The quality of your content is like... Probably above average but not in a way where I'm like "this person is town" but just "this person makes sense"

I generally think most things are NAI and I don't have like a specific question for you that I think is likely to produce a telling result. If you think it'd help I'm willing to engage with you if you're here right now, although it will feel like I'm asking questions for the sake of asking questions

I agree motivation can be helpful but I also think that for a majority of scum players most things they do have no concrete reason behind them. Obviously that doesn't mean scum don't do things with a specific.motivation, they do it pretty frequently, but like it does also mean that I can't necessarily stare at a post until the alignment motivation jumps out at me

I think Margot is probably like ... slightly below rand likelihood to flip scum

I think their play and response to being wagoned is a bit more likely to be town with no anchor in the game.

At the same time I think flare's reactions are probably largely genuine emotionally and might be town but I'm not super sure how to go about reading them either.

473 and 494 are the prime examples. They also seem to base some of their reads on whether or not people are scum or town reading them.

i townread you because it seemed like you were poking at things that caught your attention in a natural enough way. something like that. and i had a sense that there was some similarity to the last time we played, but then when i looked at that game i realized maybe not. but, actually im townreading your annoyance with the game now. hmmm. maybe thats something that could come from scum, but, when i look at the overall trajectory of your presence in the game, it just makes sense as town i guess? at the very least, well enough that i dont want to lim you at this point. idk im constantly doubting every thought i have its annoying. its probably annoyijg to everyone else aswell. these last couple sentences have no buisness being here except for me to expell nervous energy, so just like pretend i didnt write them. this is all just a ploy to get people to tkwnread me for being unsure and struggling with the game.

I've tried reading his iso a few times and struggled. There was a thing earlier where I thought his HPE read was weird, but that's like anI earlygame-read-tier read

I don't love the "ATE" read but town do it sometimes. Probably less-than-rand amount of the times.

It's very possible i'm at least town-leaning on a mafia but like that fact isn't going to suddenly make me see scum in any specific player

Also uh I still think rogue is mafia lol. If you want me to shotgun it's rogue/shadow but I don't have convincing reasons for it to be shadow

I'm not like super confident in my reads and wasn't really trying to force rogue through but like it didn't make sense to me to switch from margot to FF if my opinion of both is in a similar range

Mostly i just think that the illogical stuff is something I see from town often enough for me to think like, maybe it shouldn't be moving the needle for me as much as it is.

I'm kind of the opposite of koba in that I have pushed a lot of town players in the past for making pushes on me that I thought came off as bad faith or shallow and that factors into my read a lot. I admit the AtE is something I have a hard time reading sometimes, but when I see them like talking about how much they hate the site it doesn't seem like something scum are likely to fake especially. It could just be genuine scum frustration but I feel like it's kinda less likely to come from scum because scum probably wouldn't assume all the reasons are terrible in the way FF has been doing
