Well this isn't fair I'd say I engaged a lot day 1 on my Naerys read, providing lots of reasons and proof from other games. And not only was it wrong, not many people listened anyway. So.. either way I agree what you said earlier. Day will move on when NAS is eliminated

i mean so far today you've just shouted over and over again for people to vote NAS and when i've tried to talk about other possibilities you've just said it's a bad vote or that you're town reading that slot without trying to explain your reasons or engage me on my reasons

naerys flipping town did nothing to blow the game open despite several people feeling wildly confident on that flip

There are two main counter wagons to Naerys D1 and it's basically the same core of Klick/Dannflor/Aristeia trying to make something else happen. First we wagon geraintm, then later we wagon Political Clout. Political Clout gets slightly more traction than geraintm because Hu Tao joins the PC wagon.

I don't really know what to glean from that other then maybe geraintm is slightly more likely to be scum?

But with Naerys being town scum have no incentive to hop on the counterwagon or really do anything if scum aren't in danger so both of these D1 counter wagons could easily just be town

to give a serious answer, it might stem from the belief that mafia would try to kill the IC first and that kill got blocked by a protective role of some kind

personally, I think it's more intuitive to assume Klick was a scum night kill because Klick was towny and his play was good for the game state

but i can see how someone not plugged into the game like Titus might assume the scum night kill got blocked and combined with unfounded confidence in her own reads might twist herself into thinking there is probably a vigilante
