yeah, next year, we'll work fast, possibly pre easter the awards could be ready

why not just aim to release the awards same time as last time?
build the schedule round that, say 3-4 weeks for judging (we could have been a lot quicker last time lets be honest)
uh, probably takes 3-4 nominating, so you'd need to have all the chosen awards lined up 2 months in advance of award day.
etc.

sounds considerably better organized than last year

are we sticking with the same awards? opssibly open discussion 2 weeks earlier on the actual awards to be nominated on.
