Nominate ctriton for Best Game Flavor in Open 560: Tit for Tat.
By incorporating player choices and basing flavor around that, it became interactive in and of itself, not to mention it's really fantastically written.

My experience of him, as far as I remember, was getting caught as scum d1 with me as his partner. He was useful in twilight though.
