Nominate Kagami for Rising Star
Kagami joined just a few months ago, but it's already clear that she's as good as, or even better than, most of the established players on this site. As town, she's extremely good at catching scum: in her finished games (Newbie 1450, Newbie 1448), as long as she was alive, scum was lynched every single day, with Kagamin on the scum-lynching wagon every time.
This is not a fluke: Kagamin doesn't rely on vague gut feelings but sound logical arguments. To see what she's capable of, take a look at how she figured out that Citizen is cop in the 1450 dead QT. Even more impressive is her reply #40 to toolenduso's #39 in the QT - she's frighteningly astute.
And best of all? She explains her arguments in a clear, easily understandable way, even when it involves relatively complicated mathematics. For example, look at her explanation of conditional probability in Pre-reroll Newbie 1450. She's not just a great player, but has the potential of making everyone here a better player.
Her joining is the best thing to have happened to this site in 2013.
