...eh, I don't think the reference is that funny, InHim. It's a rather obscure joke that people would have to go to that thread to even remotely get, and then once they get there it's not really a good reference to begin with, imo. *shrug* Just my thoughts.

I still don't really see it.
That's because you don't realize that the "Cassandra Award" was a scummy for the person who usually figured out the scum but could not convince people to lynch them, aka "I told you so" at the end of the game.

C'mon people, quality is appreciated!
Nominate Peter Venkman for "I came, I saw, I kicked ass!" - I think that's short enough, and generally reflects his desire to keep things moving at any price.
Actually, I think Fleaboy is an amazing title. I fail to see how you assert that it lacks quality.

"Bitches" in Fritz's title should not be looked upon as degrading to women. That's a gross misrepresentation of what he uses the word for. I really fail to see what's so offensive about having that word be in his title. It's not a swear word unless it's used to offend someone. Fritz uses it in jest, not to insult. Therefore it's not a swear word.

Slightly OT, but I've only ever seen 1 game where a mod actually went around forcing the players to stay censored in their posts. I'm sure I've missed a few, but I've seen a lot of games. It's hardly

Titles however, have no context to those who are not "in" with the joke/theme/whatever. I honestly don't understand what it means in relation to Fritz, so you cannot say it wouldn't be considered degrading to some people. Would it be acceptible if someone who was known (by a few people here) to breed champion roosters had the title "likes cocks"?
Yes, but the word Bitches in and of itself would have no connotation to those people outside of the loop. It's not like the title is "I hate bitches" or "You're all bitches" or "I rape bitches" or anything else with a negative way to read it. "likes cock" definitely can be read as having a negative connotation to it. "Bitches" as a word doesn't have an out-of-context problem like that.
By the way, Fritz ends a lot of his posts with "Bitches." It's a schtick for him, and it's far more current than "more /in than you"

On the contrary, "Bitches" has all sorts of connotations for most people; I'm not sure how you can argue otherwise, unless you're AniX. And nice hetero-centric bias on 'negativeness' of "likes cock", MoS.
Wow, Flay. I didn't even say that I read it as negative. But there are people that CAN read "likes cock" as a negative title, and I don't see why you assumed that I was only referring to a male having that title, either. You're the one thinking hetero-centric here, not me.
And I may not be AniX, but that doesn't mean I don't agree with him. Swear words are not swear words unless they are used as such. Until then, they are just words.
MoS needs some kind of title to come from this game.
Actually, tbh, I think "Cassandra Complex" fits perfectly for this game. I nailed three scum on Day 1, and we
STILL
ended up lynching a townie, because no one listened to me. Besides, my title has been approved for like three months and I still haven't gotten it, and you want to change it already?

he's aussie.
On another note, I think Shea's title is amazingly awesome, and it fits him perfectly. I'd really like to see a good reason for dissenters to think this

I also second Mert's suggestion, because it works, too.

I feel something like "Lighten up, Damnit!" (possibly without the mild swear word), works slightly better than "Drama Queen". I agree with the general sentiments of the title, however.

People don't understand what a munchkin is and are too lazy to figure it out.
The mere fact that you have to point this out shows that the title is ill-chosen due to the fact that only a small group of people actually "get it". Mish Mash Monster is fairly self-explanatory.
Also, that's not the only definition for "Munchkin", so most people aren't going to get that reference. Heck, I'm a hardcore gamer (computer, tabletop, LARP, board game), and I've never even heard the word used in that way. Clearly it just doesn't carry enough meaning, imo. In fact, this is the first time I've actually heard an explanation of why "Munchkin" was used, other than the fact that it makes an alliteration...

Also, not only does he play games aggressively (monsters are aggressive!), he also destroys mish mash games frequently (monster destroy stuff!), from what I hear. Munchkin sorta fits, but monster is perfect.
