+1 shaft.ed.
Barring a reputation for notoriety, didn't just about everyone from the early days of MS get a title after enough time on the forums? Seems like it was almost an effortless thing then. What changed?

The system here is that when someone thinks you're worthy of some particular title, then they nominate you for it. Self-nominating or declaring the want for a title isn't the policy.
Read/reread post 0 is my advice. Mind you, we're debating policy every step of the way, but the basics are all there.

*prods Chevre*
By the way, if you nominate anyone spontaneously (like, they don't regularly visit the thread and you're not doing a knee-jerk joke nom, like you should be), my thought is that you probably should let them know by PM or something.

And I really am male, I just had it on female for funsies.

x2 Survivor Goddess
tentatively. Whatever it is, it's gotta be multi-faceted for Survivor and the fact Chevre listed himself as female. The best titles are stories that follow the person for the rest of their life on here, whether they like it or not.

Survivor Goddess fits Chevre's description according to his 1 & 2, "yup that's Chevre alright". Some of those noms belong in the muck, but this one seriously works. We may be able to do better, but as-is, it sounds totally fine. No?

I disagree with the fact that this is useless and unproductive. I think Capital Punishment is a better title because it has more widespread recognition - or upon explanation, makes more sense. I vaguely remember the  incident - and it's not as widely known.

(O)ptimized with a Z and the parentheses is good, and although I'm very fond about everything I've done, no mention to my other modded games or Best IC is necessary.
