I've been dealt a scummy modifier whose only modifier is to make me look suss so Ima claim it now, avoid difficulties later. I have a gravedigger flavour. If you see me visiting literally everyone who dies in the night, don't be alarmed. I'm not satan.

Someone smart should think up how we going to deal with liars, misinformation and false positives in this game. I don't see the traditional tactics working out.
Anyhow good night. I can feel all the catch up I'll need when I awake..

I like Flubbernugget. You should read him too, it's insightful stuff. My first draw was:
Fruit Vendor
VT
Cop
I went with town cop. Tbh after hearing all these modifiers I'm not too sorry to have lost that role.
VOTE: Wednesday I didn't mind their belief that Ranger was townfirmed, even if this is completely wrong; the easy concession coupled with Flubbernugget's observation that there are no scum reads coming from him are what makes Wednesday scum material. I'd say lynch him.

Imo scum are generally greedy capitalistic pigs who jump like jews at the sign of profit. The 'slip' was clearly a situation that could be capitalised on, ergo the push. I don't read anything more than what it is, and it's clearly in jest.

If I were scum Frozen, the last thing I'd do is draw a blatantly fallacious town read on my scum mate and then pull of stupid jokes to draw even more attention.. I don't think they're too dissimilar to me.
In post 383, Smithereens wrote:Yes Frozen, I mean to imply that it was in fact a joke, and that they never saw this response coming..
I'm not talking about the mason claim. I'm talking about the whole panicking - defensive reactions of wednsday
His reactions read quite strongly as distaste for being misunderstood. Both townies and scummies react badly to being misinterpreted in a way that puts them on the chopping block.

Either RC is playing to confirmation bias or he really is being opportunistic. Also, Persivul throwing casual scum claims around on page 17 didn't go unnoticed. For now:

I reviewed page 17 and saw that I was pressuring Almost50, who I made a case on way back in 195. No clue what you mean by throwing casual scum claims around...although that's what you seem to be doing here, by making the claim without mentioning any specifics.
I must've missed the 195th post then. Or else I wasn't thinking of it when you waltzed in and labelled a seemingly innocuous post scum. Try put the links with it or else the context condemns you more than him.

I'd say this post condemns you more than either of us. You're not paying attention to the game, voting on nothing, and yet accusing me of doing the same when you should know that I've been scum reading Almost50 for most of the game.
Voting on nothing? It was clearly implied that interpreting a behaviour as scummy without contextual justification is scummy as fuck. There was no context there and all I associate with you is the push against Wednesday + Ranger which just reeks of opportunism. So from my PoV you sir are sitting on a scum slot.
I'm not autistic, I can't recall a list of who voted who at all moments of the game. You can assume the others are like me, so for our benefit the scum read should be more clearly explained. Otherwise it looks exactly how it appears. Prima Facie Scum.

omg mafia is a game of probability. If we decided to no lynch every time we weren't 100% certain about the lynch we'd never, ever lynch. Do continue discussing the probability and the most beneficial course of action from that. It's going fucks further than the joke of a 'slip' from earlier.

And probability says we can be in lylo as much as we can be in 1 scum others town game...
So stop this shit and find scums...
In your opinion, who is it most likely to be at this point?
Not really. I'm the only person allowed to love black rock. Aside from that, Trust issues. I've been finding it suss how you label something scummy and then just pile on. Sure it's unlikely that the behaviour in question is particularly logical, however when it's the 5th time you've called out someone in that fashion, I know they can't all be scum.

je suis present, madame. We need to settle with a lynch target shortly. Imo both people who targeted Jackal are town, so I don't mind lynching there. The Wednesday wagon turned me off entirely. So

nah it's a redirector. I tried to vig Persival because I thought he was scum, but someone else died. I figure I shot the werewolf seeing as they probably wouldn't shoot themselves.
Blackstart your analysis is off since Wednesday was a solo scum and no scum would actually have known her affiliation.

@Almost50 I don't buy that at all. Townies should defend their convictions with as much effort as they can since they know their own reads can be trusted to be in line with the goals of the town affiliation. Persivul trying to relieve pressure off Jackal with the stated intention of destabalising a scum counter wagon is inherently protown.

Let's just say Wednesday was an inevitable lynch. She displayed behaviours that we nail where we see them. As it happens, she was also survivor so we learn absolutely nothing from her flip.

Imo, the Wednesday wagon needs to die. Scum thought Wednesday was town, the people who pushed her for betraying inside knowledge on ranger were incorrect objectively so if most of the scum team weren't on the Wednesday wagon then Ima monkey's uncle.
Yes. Thinning the Wednesday wagon. It's my own hunting. In my mind we know that Wednesday did not betray scum info by claiming Ranger is town as the flip shows no scum team. All those who pushed him regardless are suspect. We know that scum being the opportunistic bastards they are would have been a contributing factor so it's safe to assume high scum concentration on this wagon.

Nevermind.. what's done is done. Let's hope there is someone out there who can protect you.
It's not to alleviate pressure, it's so you know that the reasoning I'm proposing is something you should take seriously. I propose we kill off the wagon from yesterday.

Sorry, but I'm not following. If he was acting pro-town, how come you tried to vig him and came out to tell us that??
P.S. This is NOT pointing a finger at you. I'm just trying to understand your case for/against Persivul.
Ignore my scum read on him, I'm criticism the grounds on which you make your claim. Imo you errantly believe that Persivul is scum by affiliation. This reasoning is weak. This reasoning is easily concocted by scum, so this reasoning cannot go unanswered.

In post 821, BlackStar wrote:I voted for Wednesday before there even was a wagon. She refused to answer any of the questions that people asked her and I thought that was suspicious so I voted for her.
The 'answers' which she never gave were only to misguided beliefs that she was a scum buddy to Ranger, which was clearly false. You voted for her after Persival fabricated this case and rode the suspicion without creating anything original yourself. Imo both you and Persival are scum for that.
How come you're so sure they're town aligned though?
Because there were two deaths in the night. A scum and a townie. The townie was probably killed by the scum, so who killed the scum? My target didn't die, so I assume the shot went there. Can I safely assume the scum don't kill themselves? Or nah?

post 825 he reveals he is actively aware of the fact that role is not indicative of alignment. Next post he votes because Jackal is voting for the 'town' vig. He shouldn't be able to assume I'm anything other than null, so the fact he knows I'm town must mean he's scum.
Btw, it looks like I'm gonna have to do some editing to my initial thoughts (the ones done overnight) to fit the new situation. Either that or post them "as is" then state what I would like to change.
Which option would you prefer?
P.S. Question specifically directed at Ranger, Smithereens & FA. They're the only ones I can trust for now.

ignore me pls. I thought you just blatantly outted knowing my affiliation but I hadn't read correctly.
