Suddenly the lights flick on, and your villiage hall, once full of life and argument and is now full of death. The bodies of your slain friends lie around you. Only nine bodies stirred, and they moved through the aisles, until they reached the stage. It seemed obvious that one person could not have pulled this off on their own.

The electricty falters and fails. However when one of you finds the switch for the windows, it becomes possible to see once more. So you can find out who did this...but time will be against you.

Note: You may talk with your partner privately during confirmations to plan strategy, but no night actions will take place until Night One.

I'd like to welcome all the newbies to the game, and offer my hand to help. However, first I'd like you to go through your Semi-experienced and Inexperience Challenged players and use them. As a mod I'm going to try to keep hands off officially when possibly. I want to be a last resort for any conflicts or questions, but that doesn't mean I don't care.

I'd also like to bring up this is my first time chilling with newbies in a long time, especially as a mod, so I welcome you PMing me with any mistakes I make. I will also try to keep up with votecounts etc, if you want one earlier than I'm posting it, just ask.

And finally, I hope you enjoy your game, and I hope you're all intending to stay around for the duration of the game.

Regards misformated votes etc. Unless I receive a request to change tags, I simply won't touch them. The major reason for this, newbies, is A) Precedence: I have to be fair to both sides, and B) I don't know your thought process, are you trying to set a trap or just screwed your tags, I don't know.

So yeah, if you want something fixed to make it look cleaner, let me know and I'll fix it. If you don't bold a vote (or as above [/b]Vote:

) then I won't count it. This precedent is set for the entirety of the game now. The only time I go against this is if someone quotes a bolded vote, and messes up the tags, I will believe that it was not intended to be a vote (again, if you did mean it to be, then let me know).

My appologies for the delay. I let it play out the weekend, the fakegin needed a replace, I held off until I got one (because its not fair with so few players in the game to lose one for any length of time).

Anyway, upon finding a replacement I went back into hospital so that was the six or so days of night that we experienced.

Hi guys, are there any questions for me? I'll read through the end and do my best to comment.

Also, big thanks to VKR for picking up the slack on this, my health took a serious turn with this issue that effected my heart previously becoming a larger issue, and I was out for a week (if anyone cares, I'm better now).

I wish I could have shown you newbies more stability, but I do swear to you that my performance is not indictative of most games, my health was abnormal.

Town talked a lot in this game. Perhaps too much. They were constantly talking when they should have been voting and lynching.

Of course, you did win this time, but its way too easy for a townie to mess up when you expect this much talking.

Oh kay, I'll take a look for you specifically, but from what I remember you did a lot of talking which made me think you were set to get lynched very quickly. Standby for more so I can correct this.

but I know I never felt like anyone even made a serious accusation against me this game...which is probably a bad thing if I had been scum.

Personally, the thought crossed my mind literally once where it was like "VP could be sitting back pulling the strings, letting us all kill each other" but for the most part, you were the most pro-town read I got in the game.

Pro-town read or not, it's good to at least take a pass at people once in awhile just to see how they react. Some players are very good at hiding their scumminess until you lean on them a little bit. You don't have to be like "OMG SCUM!!!!", but just ask a few serious questions or challenge them on something they say and see how they react to it.

I disagree with most of this. This kind of reactionary thinking often gets a pro-town player lynched on the basis of "What IF he is scum, that is too big a risk, lynch lynch lynch." I agree that its good to pressure everyone, to challange everyone, but to divert attention away from actual scummy players towards protowners is not a smart move.
