Okay, I do have to call facebook out for her saying that she doesn't want a replacement, we are only on Page 2 where everything is new, so a replacement is fine.

I won't give her any FoS because I feel that what she said is a matter of personal preference but yeah, it wasn't exactly a pro-town thing to say.
