The Coin Game (Game Over!!!)

In this game, you will all receive 1000 coins. Each round you will PM me how many coins you want to spend. The player that spends the least amount of coins is out. Then a new round begins. However, you lose whatever you bid, unless you put in the second lowest number. Expect twists along the way!

Oh, I didn't mean that it's easy to win. I just meant that there will be very little thinking involved on my part since it will seemingly be mostly a guessing game.

What seems like a good starting amount, guys? 100 should be about average, right? When you consider only one person per round gets eliminated, it would be foolish to submit too many more than 100 when the game will run 10 rounds.
